With owning a Storage Facility, their black locks come in handy for rentals and we use the Red for those who are behind more than 30 days without contact. I love how the locks and serial numbers can be converted into their site. This makes it easier to know which locks are in use and which ones are not.

GBCustomer Service We had an issue with one of the locks we purchased. Upon informing the company, they replaced the lock and shipped it for free. In this day of customer service, it is nice to know some companies are still into good customer service!
