We love your locks We love your locks! They have been a wonderful addition to our business. We do not have employees on site at our 3 facilities and this has saved us many trips for renting new units and taking locks off of delinquent units once paid. They are easy to use and we couldn't be any happier with them.

Customer Service We had an issue with one of the locks we purchased. Upon informing the company, they replaced the lock and shipped it for free. In this day of customer service, it is nice to know some companies are still into good customer service!

Meh. The product is fine, but don't expect any loyalty or preference for size. They treat you the same if you buy 10 locks or 2500. Certainly that can be a compliment but after a few years of using their product and not feeling any loyalty isn't a great feeling. No bulk buy discount, no shipping discount, nothing, just a notice that they are adding a fee for using their app. Great news if you're small, but a real turnoff if you're trying to scale in any fashion. The locks aren't very durable. They're painted which is better than the ones I get off alibaba, but not by much. If I hadn't had someone else buy and had already paid for these then I would have cancelled the order.

Customer service was quick Customer service was quick - however my lock wasn't able to be fixed and now I am down a lock. I've changed my review to 5 stars - someone has reached out and offer to send a few extra locks due to having to cut the one. Some of the best customer service I have gotten in a long time. Thank you for standing behind your product and fixing this with me!

They Have Been Great DaVinci has been great to work with. We've had a few locks break, but we use over a hundred of them. They've been helpful when we've had issues, and they've replaced the broken locks at no charge to us. We have had problems with some of them freezing up in winter, when it's well below zero, and the tab not being able to be moved to open a storage unit. They offered advice on this problem, and even sent a sample lock in a different style for us to try out. I recommend DaVinci.
