The team was great! The team was great, professional and completed our move on time. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to help us pack some on-site material that we weren't able to prepare in advance. I only reduce stars because they damaged some areas in the home. They filed a report, but there was no outcome or compensation for the damage that was done to the home. Again, that's of no fault to the team, but I didn't love that the company didn't make it right.

Friendly, Affordable, and Efficient! The process of creating inventory is easily done on the phone with a front office member and they give you a few follow up calls to make sure everything is on track, which really helped me to remember every task to complete. The move itself was smooth as well. Friendly staff all around. I highly recommend using Zip Moving, I’ve used them for 2 moves now.
