Overall good experience. Good communication during the quote process however, they did not provide with an accurate estimated date. Bad communication during shipping and transportation. It was very expensive for just a 144 cu.sqft. the majority of my belongings got here safe and sound, some stuff did get bumped and minor damaged. The proccess of finding good team to out of state moves was really hard. But these guys gave their best. Overall it was ok

Flawless Move I used A Better Tripp to move antiques. They wrapped the furniture so carefully and the truck arrived on time. Overall a stress free, flawless move. Will definitely use A Better Tripp again!

The team was great The team was great. Very careful and thorough - except , they broke the elevator. It was overloaded and knocked off the runner. So last 1-2 hours of move was handled without elevator These private elevators are delicate compared to commercial. The movers were not aware of this - - I had to get It fixed immediately as our house is on the market. Cost me 295 $. That was the only negative aspect of move. TRUST I have moved interstate with ABT multiple times and the reason I keep going back is them is TRUST. Their pricing is competitive, their binding estimate is binding, they pick up when they say they will but, you have to work with them on the delivery end. Jose is the best ever and has been the driver on all my trips. He is very careful with the load, sincere and pleasant above all. Also a shout out to Jose, Melvin, Mike and William on my recent move to Orlando!

Terrific Movers This company was excellent. Andre, the truck driver from SC to TX, was polite, communicated frequently and arrived early. He was very good in helping my 94 year old mother set up and place her furniture. Everything arrived in good condition and nothing was missing. I highly recommend this company and would certainly hire them again for future moves!
