The team was great The team was great. Very careful and thorough - except , they broke the elevator. It was overloaded and knocked off the runner. So last 1-2 hours of move was handled without elevator These private elevators are delicate compared to commercial. The movers were not aware of this - - I had to get It fixed immediately as our house is on the market. Cost me 295 $. That was the only negative aspect of move. Moved from Texas to Bay Area Moved from Texas to Bay Area. Service was efficient and timelines were as promised. Packing was extensive with lots of fragile China, Chrystal, and artwork. No breakage. People were friendly and worked hard. Very satisfied.

Local move with A Better Tripp We moved from a large 2 story to a smaller retirement home. Ours was not an easy move - we have grand piano, electronic piano, and several large furniture pieces. And lots of glass and my wife's antique cabinet, also mostly glass. Everything packed and moved with care and efficiency. No damage. We had a hard working, cheerful crew who did all that we asked. I can recommend A Better Tripp without reservation.

We had many expensive, fragile pieces of furniture and they arrive well wrapped in blankets, securely placed inside the van, and removed and placed on our house with great care. The movers arrived only a few days after picking up our furniture, and made sure we were happy with the exact placement of everything in our new home. Courteous, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them to anyone!
