Excellent pickup and delivery to different addresses We arranged for Tripp to move some items from our home in Houston and ship them to two sons now living in California, one in SF the other in LA, Tripp staff picked them up, moved them carefully into their truck. Staff was polite, friendly and willing to take extra steps to ensure timely delivery of all items.

Do yourself a favor and hire A Better Tripp… Moving to a new home is always challenging and exhausting, but A Better Tripp made my move efficient and less stressful! Melvin was outstanding in helping me with moving arrangements and ensuring everything went well. I can’t say enough positive remarks about the crew, they were professional and experienced! We often hear stories of things being miss handled and damaged in moves. All of my furniture and boxes were moved without issue. Nothing was broken. Attention to detail was paid regarding my wine refrigerator, Peloton bike and artwork. I’m so grateful. I highly recommend A Better Tripp to others.

Local move with A Better Tripp We moved from a large 2 story to a smaller retirement home. Ours was not an easy move - we have grand piano, electronic piano, and several large furniture pieces. And lots of glass and my wife's antique cabinet, also mostly glass. Everything packed and moved with care and efficiency. No damage. We had a hard working, cheerful crew who did all that we asked. I can recommend A Better Tripp without reservation.

Could have been so much better A Better Tripp came highly recommended to me by my aunt, so I felt confident that they would be excellent and reliable. I did not have a good experience at all, though. The salesman I was paired with hardly ever returned my emails or calls (so I had to basically hound him to get anywhere), the website has a coupon page with no actual coupon(s) anywhere on it (and the salesman would not look into that for me), the movers scraped paint off and dented my walls, and they repeatedly asked me which rooms the boxes went in. ALL of my boxes were neatly and clearly labeled, so all they had to do was read them. I even labeled each room with a sticky note so they would know what each room was called in order to match the boxes. So they made the unloading process take longer than it should have, costing me more money. I'm not happy at all, and now I'm being pestered to write reviews, so here you go.

Fast and careful long distance movers Have used a better Tripp twice for long distance moves(Texas to California)each time the guys unload everything into the appropriate rooms, much of it fragile. Not a single thing has arrived broken or even dented. Cannot recommend enough. They worked with limited business hours on the texas end and remembered the previous trip once they saw the house and neighborhood.even though it had been a year.
