The team was great The team was great. Very careful and thorough - except , they broke the elevator. It was overloaded and knocked off the runner. So last 1-2 hours of move was handled without elevator These private elevators are delicate compared to commercial. The movers were not aware of this - - I had to get It fixed immediately as our house is on the market. Cost me 295 $. That was the only negative aspect of move. Excellent pickup and delivery to different addresses We arranged for Tripp to move some items from our home in Houston and ship them to two sons now living in California, one in SF the other in LA, Tripp staff picked them up, moved them carefully into their truck. Staff was polite, friendly and willing to take extra steps to ensure timely delivery of all items.

We were extremely happy with A Better… We were extremely happy with A Better Tripp for our cross-country move. We had many expensive, fragile pieces of furniture and they arrive well wrapped in blankets, securely placed inside the van, and removed and placed on our house with great care. The movers arrived only a few days after picking up our furniture, and made sure we were happy with the exact placement of everything in our new home. Courteous, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them to anyone!

Great company and hard workers This summer has been hot but that isn’t slowing down the hard workers. The day we/they packed up, it was a heat index of a 112 but the never slowed down. Packing the truck was a talent on its own and so impressive. Couldn’t have made this move without them.
