USAlex, Oscar and Sam Rock! Alex, Sam, and Oscar were incredible. All 3 showed up to the move early and ready to roll! They were easy to talk to and dedicated to moving me as quickly as possible. We finished the move in under the projected time and I'd recommend them any day of the week.

USThey moving team themselves were great They moving team themselves were great. Bellhop itself would be fine except the bombardment of emails, texts, calls etc offering other services, discounts. I was spammed on all fronts. Very annoying. I purchased a service, that should be enough. Chill out.

USI didn't expect that the team had to… I didn't expect that the team had to assemble from different locations. This caused a problem because the truck driver came on time but then we had to wait another 30min for the other two movers before we could begin loading the truck, even though the move technically began when the truck driver arrived. I could see this being a big problem if for example it was the other way around. I think at least bellhop should let customers know that the entire team will arrive in separate components.
