Upon unpacking, all items were present and undamaged. GBThe pick up and delivery of my furniture was great. Excellent moving crew!!!!! The pick up and delivery of my furniture was excellent. They were careful, patient and very efficient. Both the pickup foremen and delivery foremen, Mike and crew were great. However, the process for payment of services is very confusing and difficult. First down payment was simple with debit card, but the company does not inform you that the remainder of the payment upon pickup and delivery must be in cash or USPS money order, or wire the money a day before. You don’t get this information up front. So if you pay in installments it is a nightmare and the company excepts no other payment forms. They need a better form of payment and they need to explain the details of payment upfront.
