GBI was impressed by the care and… I was impressed by the care and attention to detail displayed by the movers from this company. They handled my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move. Even fragile items arrived in perfect condition, which is a testament to their skill and expertise.

GBAVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! A terrible experience from start-to-finish. This company is a huge scam (convenient that they name their business so close to the reputable national company United Van Lines). They kept our deposit and never gave us move dates and refused to refund us. Additionally, they would only take e-checks for the deposit and told us that the remainder of the money that was due was to be paid in CASH or money orders! If that's not a huge, huge red flag, I don't know what is. Please be careful with these people. The customer service agent was gruff and yelled at us as she monologued her well-rehearsed spiel (you could tell she's had to do this dance in the past from other scammed customers).

GBHorrible move! Horrible move!! Stay away from this company!! They low balled estimate, then asked for more $$ mere days before scheduled move (underestimated size of truck needed), customer service is the absolute worst, and their insurance at $0.60/lb/article is a joke, ie they won’t pay claims. In addition, they brokered our load to another carrier without telling us. Both Drivers did not speak English. We ended up paying 77% MORE than the initial estimate. RUN AWAY from this company!!

GBTimeliness is crucial when it comes to… Timeliness is crucial when it comes to moving, and this company delivered on their promise to arrive on time. Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they also completed the move ahead of schedule. It was clear that they valued my time and were committed to providing excellent service.

GBHeck no Heck no. 26k and 90% of our belongings were damaged. When we called they said you signed and should have known. You get 60 cents per lb of damage so thousands of dollars worth of damage get you a couple hundred bucks through the “million dollar” insurance. Worst interstate move ever, worst customer service ever. Deceptive and bait and switch company. Do yourself a favor if you’re moving long distance and get pods, pay local movers to stack them if you don’t want to do it yourself and then have them ship it and repeat. It will cost you a quarter of what we paid.
