They're really good at figuring out costs upfront, so you don't get surprised with extra charges later (unlike another company I used). They're also really good at sticking to their schedule, getting everything picked up and delivered right on time. I hope I get to hire them again soon.

I have used United Regions Van Lines… I have used United Regions Van Lines relocation help twice and have been fully satisfied with the service quality both times. Their movers were at my doorstep before time. They have done the entire thing alone, giving me no chance to complain.

Best move of our life! Igor and Anthony and Joshua worked hard to make our household goods delivery the smoothest we have ever experienced. We had moved 7 times in Army life and 2 times in civilian life, but these three gentlemen were the very best ever- and by a very wide margin! Cheerful, courteous, and diligent, this fine group of men were remarkably skilled and completely professional. This is very difficult work, and they made it look easy! They assembled our two German wardrobes as only master craftsmen could accomplish. Kudos! Nothing was damaged, and we could not have been happier. Thank you again. I only hope that a $200 tip for each of them was sufficient! If I were a wealthy man, I would have given them $500 each. They deserved it!

Despite potential changes within the moving team, the standard of service remains consistently high—marked by promptness, attentiveness, and meticulous handling of our belongings. While their pricing may exceed that of other providers, the discernible difference in quality justifies the investment. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! A terrible experience from start-to-finish. This company is a huge scam (convenient that they name their business so close to the reputable national company United Van Lines). They kept our deposit and never gave us move dates and refused to refund us. Additionally, they would only take e-checks for the deposit and told us that the remainder of the money that was due was to be paid in CASH or money orders! If that's not a huge, huge red flag, I don't know what is. Please be careful with these people. The customer service agent was gruff and yelled at us as she monologued her well-rehearsed spiel (you could tell she's had to do this dance in the past from other scammed customers).
