Upon unpacking, all items were present and undamaged. The team's neat uniforms contrasted with the casual attire often worn by others in the industry, adding a professional touch to our move from a 3-bedroom to a 4-bedroom house in California.

Both the pickup foremen and delivery foremen, Mike and crew were great. However, the process for payment of services is very confusing and difficult. First down payment was simple with debit card, but the company does not inform you that the remainder of the payment upon pickup and delivery must be in cash or USPS money order, or wire the money a day before. You don’t get this information up front. So if you pay in installments it is a nightmare and the company excepts no other payment forms. They need a better form of payment and they need to explain the details of payment upfront.

We got great advice from the front desk man, and we talked about our needs, as well as the needs of our dogs. The packing crew was punctual, but they also thought about our kids and pets.
