Poor communication Poor communication, enormous delays, extra fees. Beware. Four months and we still don’t have our belongings. Nor can we get answers on belongings left behind that they were positive was going to fit. Extra packaging fees even after house survey and storage fees due to delays that they couldn’t find a reason for
