On moving day they packed everything up that wasn’t already done by us. Our stuff arrived in the same condition as when we sent it. When it arrived at our new home they unboxed all the big stuff. what went wrong?i'm gonna tell you what… what went wrong?i'm gonna tell you what went wrong ...everything !!my shipment was supposed to be crated and delivered to france by october 31th... everything came in in the back of a mini van with some damaged november 28th after complaining without any responses from a international shipping and moving compagny other than " we cant find a truck with a driver to deliver my shipment to my house ..absolutely unexcusable and acceptable. do not bother to call this buisiness who is associated with others incompetent moving compagnies if you are planning on shipping even a post card.

American SW to rural France We just completed a 6 week moving experience with International Sea & Air, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From the 1st day in New Mexico, we were treated w/. on time sevice, polite and hardworking movers, and careful packing. We were present for packing and unloading of our household goods. Careful packaging, loading, & unloading were done the whole time. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning an international move.

Used not only once but twice!! Not only did I use this company once but twice! Excellent service! First shipment from New Jersey to a small country town in Italy. 112 boxes! Everything arrived ahead of schedule and completely intact! I then had to send a second shipment of rugs and several additional boxes. Again, ahead of schedule and nothing broken. Niki, Jeanine and Ronnie saved us! We can’t thank you enough for all your help and constant communication! This company is the only way to go!!

The experience of shipping 103 artworks… The experience of shipping 103 artworks from Maryland to Switzerland has been very good. Communications are superb, the ground staff is kompetent, courteous, efficient, timely. The fee is reasonable - I priced several other companies. The additional fee after the disaster in Baltimore also is appropriate. So far, superb experience.
