Horrible movers - so much damage I had such high hopes for this company and was so incredibly disappointed. Safeway ruined thousands of dollars of our things, including water damage that they never disclosed! They lied to us about when our belongings would arrive and went so far as to give us false tracking information. Boxes arrived crushed and with holes in them. Dozens of boxes never arrived at all. The truck looked like they had thrown our items in - there was a 100+ lb. chair on top of a pile of fragile boxes. They brought clearly labeled boxes in upside down! They had put heavy boxes on top of boxes that were clearly marked with fragile items like lamps. They showed a complete disregard for our belongings. I have never had such a horrible experience with a moving company. They never apologized or even attempted to make things right.

Moving can be a hassle and we were a bit weary of going with a company wed never used before. But because a good friend of ours referred them, we said why not. The 5 men crew were courteous prompt and professional and worked well together.They moved all of our things with care, and made us feel like we were a part of the moving process too. I simply directed where I wanted most of my things, and they helped to also reassemble the furniture. In other words, this is one of the best moving companies in the area. We had a great ecperience & will happily recommend Safeway Moving Inc.
