Their team was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from packing to unpacking. They took extra care with fragile items and made sure everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. The movers, Max and Nick, were extremely professional and took their time to handle my belongings with care, from loading to unloading. They were highly professional and polite. GB10/10 Would Recommend Star Van Lines I can’t say enough great things about Greg and his team. They expedited our item delivery from Colorado to Michigan, they were extremely professional, timely and courteous + Greg even ran to grab us Starbucks mid move. Moving can be stressful, Star Van Lines made our move as easy as possible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

GBUnresponsive, damaged and missing items Our items were delivered in two separate trucks when they only filled up one truck. The second truck came ~2 weeks after truck one. There were damaged items and missing items. I've reached out to Star Van Lines via phone, text, and email with no response on how to file a claim. I purchased the more expensive insurance plan as well. I will unfortuantly be filing a report with BBB and hiring an attorney to address these issues.
