They took a partial payment from my… They took a partial payment from my credit card for the move I had with Best For You Moving, LLC. That's the only dealing I had with them. Because they are associated with Best for you moving I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. The whole process was very stressful and I'm out thousands dollars with no recourse. I can send a photo of my credit card statement for one of the payments for $1727.59 to Star Van Lines LLC 😀 I can get a copy of the other payment which was more and made to Star van Lines.

Unresponsive, damaged and missing items Our items were delivered in two separate trucks when they only filled up one truck. The second truck came ~2 weeks after truck one. There were damaged items and missing items. I've reached out to Star Van Lines via phone, text, and email with no response on how to file a claim. I purchased the more expensive insurance plan as well. I will unfortuantly be filing a report with BBB and hiring an attorney to address these issues.

5 star from top to bottom So I would like to say thank you to these guys! We were moving from Denver CO to Ftlauderdale FL. And the crew was amazing! They came in with great attitude and got right to work. I must say I was apprehensive to use a moving company,but Justin at the office said he would make sure our move was stress free and that’s what I was from pickup to delivery. I called almost everyday and thought I might be getting on his nerves. But he always answered and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. We paid under $3000 for a 3 bedroom home. Great job guys! Thank you again! I will be using you guys for our next move!

Good transportation I have already used the services of this company twice, the second time quite recently. Both times I was satisfied with the quality of transportation. They work well, they are pleasant people in communication. Professionals in their field.
