In good time we were delivered plenty of boxes, tape and paper. On the day Daniel Bodnar and his team Tyrone, Paddy and Ashley delivered an efficient, speedy and careful move. The initial survey was helpful… and the end move went smoothly! The initial survey was very helpful with time to ask about the whole process and potential issues and what was included etc. The packing day went very well too and the two guys involved were excellent in both manner and capability and advice when appropriate or asked. The actual move day also went well and all involved worked hard and arrived at destination in time to offload essentials for the night as it was a two hour plus distance away. It is a stressful time for sure but definitely made easier by the experience and attitude and patience of those involved. No hesitation in recommending.

Amazing service from start to finish Amazing service from start to finish! The team worked quickly but carefully, both when packing and when delivering everything to my new house. They were super helpful, even helping me with things like levelling up kitchen white goods that were already in the property - above and beyond the call of duty! I would definitely recommend.

Excellent friendly team Excellent friendly team with 4 of them packing and loading the day before moving. 3 of them the following day travelling from Herts to Devon in atrocious weather. Delayed due to various traffic incidents (as we were also), but stayed to complete unloading that evening. Thanks for taking the stress out of the move.

Customer service at it's best Moving to a new build property, l was concerned about the fact that l would only get 10 days notice of completion, and as this was likely to be very close to Easter, there could be problems arranging a convenient removal date. However. I needn't have worried. From start to finish the whole process went really smoothly and everyone l had contact with was very professional and reassuring. On the day of the move Rick and Jack were brilliant. By the time l arrived at my new home, they had already been let in by my daughter, and had nearly finished unloading. Even my clothes had been transferred into wardrobes. (The wardrobe boxes really make the process easier) This was customer service at it's best, and l would not hesitate to recommend Better Removals to anyone.
