GBDelay of the shipment I gave 3 stars because of the delay of the shipment. We had told that the shipment of our belongings will take 4 to 7 business days, but in reality it took 15 business days. The company refunded some money for the delay of shipment. In overall, all our stuff was in a good condition . Nothing was lost or damaged. Service personnel was always polite.

GBWe have moved and used many moving… We have moved and used many moving services but have never had such pleasant experience from the time I contacted them till the time we moved in. Thank you Isaac and Alex in the office taking care of the details so promptly and I don’t know the names of the two delivery gentlemen but they were very respectful and mindful. GBCouldn't have asked for a better move! I moved back in October 2020 from Forest Hills to Brooklyn and the move couldn't have gone better. The ZeroMax team actually arrived early and got right to work. It was raining but that didn't hinder them. They were fast and extremely careful. Nothing was lost or damaged and the entire move was smooth and flawless. The price they quoted was very reasonable and competitive--and they didn't try to add on any additional fees. I would recommend them and use them again myself!
