ZeroMax is such a great service… ZeroMax is such a great service provider and they go the extra mile. The communication (contact person was John) is prompt and efficient, and the guys arrived ahead of time to begin the move. They moved my belongings from my 2-bedroom Manhattan apartment and their price was reasonable too. Most importantly, there are no hidden fees cropping up during or after the move, as they offered a flat rate for whatever time it took to move the stuff listed. Many thanks ZeroMax, I will recommend your service to friends and family that will need moving services, and will use the service when the need arises again.

Smooth! Great experience. Way smoother than expected. The two movers were quick, communicative and to the point. I wasn't present at the destination but the movers delivered everything and set it all up as instructed as if I was there. Will definitely be in touch for my next NYC move.

Best moving experience to date Best moving experience to date, end to end! Moving is always stressful, but the crew at Zero Max made moving as painless and stress-free as can be! Last minute issues with my move-in date threw a BIG wrench into carefully laid plans - Alex was able to quickly come up with a scheduling plan that accommodated my needs. The moving team showed up right on time and were able to complete the job efficiently and with much care. Thank you team Zero Max!

Unprofessional, stressful ZeroMax movers gave me a quote, then tried to raise the price within 12 hours of the initial estimate! I had already put a down payment when they told me that I’d have to give more up front. Then, they were four hours late on the day of the move! I think they double booked me, because when I called the day before to confirm, they had no record of my being scheduled to move. They severely jeopardized my ability to complete my move that day because I was supposed to be in my new apt by 5 pm - around the time they arrived! Horrible experience; use with caution.

These guys were top notch… These guys were top notch professionals, they did everything very carefully and professionally, I was very satisfied with the service and quality of work. Special mention goes out to LEO who was especially very friendly and hard working . These guys also assembled my new beds and desk and it was a tremendous pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this company and if he's available request Leo to head your move. LEO was really number 1 . Zeromax experience was really great. Great price and great service! Don't look elsewhere!
