Delay of the shipment I gave 3 stars because of the delay of the shipment. We had told that the shipment of our belongings will take 4 to 7 business days, but in reality it took 15 business days. The company refunded some money for the delay of shipment. In overall, all our stuff was in a good condition . Nothing was lost or damaged. Service personnel was always polite.

This past weekend my family and I had… This past weekend my family and I had Alex and his partner move us into our new apartment . The move was quick , professionally done and both gentlemen were extremely personable and helpful. They also gave us the best price . It was half the price of most companies . No hidden fees or extras if you’re honest with them from the beginning . They were also very easy to book . I would use zero max again and request Alex again if he is available . I will definitely be refer them to friends and family !!!

Great The two movers (workers) from Zeromax moving storage was absolutely amazing. They were on time and very professional and helpful. The move went very smooth and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this storage company to my friends and family if ever needed. Thanks to the movers they were great

Movers broke lamps during the move and… Movers broke lamps during the move and tried to deny it even while my wife witnessed the incident and took pictures. The truck that was used for the move had a non-functioning lift which made the job very time-consuming for the movers with cigarette breaks every 15 minutes. Lastly, after all this, the driver demanded a 20% gratuity for the job. Really!!???

Great Service! They were fast in giving the quotes and whatever inquiry, or request that came up during the booking period, and the price was very reasonable. A shout-out to Ron for his patience in my multiple inquiries and requests. The actual mover's team was great - I heard great praise for them from our point of contact who accompanied them to the different stops and to the destination. Thank you! and Kudos!
