They had us completely in touch in over 4 hours -- which is no easy feat in New York City. I can't recommend them enough. Professional, helpful & incredibly efficient. My move seemed to be going as planned until My move seemed to be going as planned until at least three pieces of furniture were damaged. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.
