I am extremely happy that I use Great Movers service The customer service was also pretty impressive from Great Movers. I called them couple of times and every time they were polite and constructive. They were always answering happily of my question and inquiry. They were arrived on time, and started working immediately . They packed and moved my 1 bedroom apartment within 4 hours. They disassembled and reassembled everything like it was before. I am extremely happy that I use Great Movers service and also I recommend their service to NY people.

Friendly, careful, efficient, fast Kevin made sure to send his A team for our move. It wasn't that we had a ton of stuff either. He just wanted us to feel comfortable about getting our valuables to a new fifth floor walkup without harm. These guys were courteous, disassembled my furniture, even wrapped my mattress for an extra $10 (well worth the investment). If we had a question or needed to tell them that certain boxes had fragile items in them, they acknowledged it without missing a beat. After all was said and done, Kevin's team clearly explained to us the costs, which were well within our expectations. Considering how efficient they made this process for us, I'd easily recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the NYC-metro area. No scams here!

I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.
