GBI really appreciate their effort Suddenly my job was relocated to NYC, and I had to move in two days. I called them and told them my urgency. The next day, they sent three gentlemen to my apartment early in the morning. They were polite, friendly, professional, and hardworking. The move was completed within two and half an hour. GBMy move seemed to be going as planned until My move seemed to be going as planned until at least three pieces of furniture were damaged. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.

GBNever even called, sent me an email about "my purchase" I got an auto-confirmation that they would call me about my quote but they never did, and a week later I got this email thanking me for a purchase, which scared me until I realized that they just don't have their data straight. Get it together with your online tools or just put up a phone number if you can't handle it.
