Thank you to Alex for setting it up everything and making the process smooth. No hidden fees or surprise charges, and there is transparency in cost. They are some hard-working guys. They had us completely in touch in over 4 hours -- which is no easy feat in New York City. I can't recommend them enough. Professional, helpful & incredibly efficient. Never even called, sent me an email about "my purchase" I got an auto-confirmation that they would call me about my quote but they never did, and a week later I got this email thanking me for a purchase, which scared me until I realized that they just don't have their data straight. Get it together with your online tools or just put up a phone number if you can't handle it.
