Not only did they go the extra mile when it came to covering my furniture to protect it from the elements, but their prices did not reflect the extra effort put into their work. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.
