Fantastic Moving Experience NYC Great Movers made the always difficult moving process a piece of cake. The movers arrived on time, as scheduled, and treated all of my property with the care expected. Not only did they go the extra mile when it came to covering my furniture to protect it from the elements, but their prices did not reflect the extra effort put into their work. I would highly recommend NYC Great Movers for anybody looking to move in the local area.

Never even called, sent me an email about "my purchase" I got an auto-confirmation that they would call me about my quote but they never did, and a week later I got this email thanking me for a purchase, which scared me until I realized that they just don't have their data straight. Get it together with your online tools or just put up a phone number if you can't handle it.

I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.

Super easy and great experience Super easy and great experience. Three guys showed up on time. They took apart what couldn't fit in the elevator and shrink-wrapped my things carefully. They were amusing and easygoing. When they arrived at my house, they placed the stuff I requested and promptly finished in two hours. Everything was in great shape and accounted for. I would highly recommend.
