They were truly great movers. They were truly great movers. They arrived on time, set expectations beforehand, and were diligent and cautious while handling our furniture. What's more, the team was a pleasure to work with. I have relocated multiple times with 7 different local New York City companies, however, NYC Great Movers is by far the best I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend this company enough. My move seemed to be going as planned until My move seemed to be going as planned until at least three pieces of furniture were damaged. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.

The experience was fantastic This is our second move with Great Movers & the experience was as fantastic as the first time around. Thank you to Alex for setting it up everything and making the process smooth. No hidden fees or surprise charges, and there is transparency in cost. They are some hard-working guys. They had us completely in touch in over 4 hours -- which is no easy feat in New York City. I can't recommend them enough. Professional, helpful & incredibly efficient. Moving is always stressful but they do it easy. Well done!

Never even called, sent me an email about "my purchase" I got an auto-confirmation that they would call me about my quote but they never did, and a week later I got this email thanking me for a purchase, which scared me until I realized that they just don't have their data straight. Get it together with your online tools or just put up a phone number if you can't handle it.
