Easy and Quick Found their website online and loved the fact that it was set up to be as easy on the customer as possible. I was able to get a rough estimate quote online before even talking to anyone. Needed have a car moved to California and a couple boxes of things as well. Fished around and got a few prices but nothing felt as organized as this company. They also responded to emails and phones calls way better. They seemed to really want my business and they worked out a good price to get it. Service definitely matched their communication and was equally strong.

My delivery man was Excellent My delivery man was very nice, caring, and very helpful. Geo was pleasure and reassured me that everything was going well. He keep in touch with me, letting me know every step of delivery. If i ever need my car ported, i would use them again. Thank you for great service.

Excellent experience We needed to ship a car from Atlanta to Los Angeles and had no idea where to begin. We were inundated with numerous quotes and offers. I quickly learned that this industry like most others has some shady companies and that there are a lot of research one must do to ensure the best experience . My experience with flat rate was superior from start to finish . Customer service (Frank , George) stayed in contact with me through the process from pre-pick up to actual pick up shipping and delivery . The driver Eugene was professional and volunteered his contact information so we could coordinate the delivery , He was actually ahead of schedule which worked out great for us . We were guaranteed 10 to 12 days and it was delivered in seven .

Delivered as promised A friend of my mine who lives in the Indianapolis area brings classic cars back to life and then resells them. After he recently showed me pics of a 1979 GTO that he restored I asked him if he had a buyer..that buyer turned into me. After the sale the next mission was getting it to me safely without it being scratched or dented. I did what most people would of done I called around to compare at first. Then I started digging deeper, looking at websites and started to call back places and really start asking questions. To sum things - I wanted the vehicle shipped to me in less than a week. I wanted it to be insured and I wanted it from a company that had a proven track record. That company ended up being flat price. I figured what that name meant later on down the line. After you give them all the details they give you one flat price that u pay upfront and then you don’t need to pay again. The car arrived in 4 days in great condition they had thrown a cover over it even though my friend didn’t own one. They had one just for such an occasion. They did a great job and I definitely appreciate their service. Thanks again!

Stay away!!! Deserves zero stars for unprofessionalism, and exceedingly poor service!!! Paid over $1200 to have my vehicle delivered. Informed on short notice on day of delivery that driver would deliver the vehicle. After over an hour of waiting, I contacted driver (liason?) who informed me that they would now deliver in the afternoon, despite my staying home on short notice for vehicle delivery. Contacted Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping as that's whom I paid and dealt with directly (please see below for their pathetic response). Driver called me, rudely informed me I had to pick up my vehicle before hanging up the phone. Contacted Flat Price and as of now, no resolution to deliver my vehicle. STAY AWAY, AND CHOOSE REPUTABLE COMPANIES!!! Edit: 7/12/2016 The Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping's "resolution" involved threatening to charge me for storage if I was not around to have my vehicle delivered at a time of their choosing. Unbelievable!!!
