Good Communication with the Driver We purchased a car out of state and wanted to have it delivered. It wasn't offered by the small dealership that we bought it through so we had Flat Price take care of that part. The car which was two states away was delivered within in 48hrs in perfect shape after we booked the service. There were consistent updates from the driver and communication helped ease our nerves. Overall it was affordable and organized. We'd use it again if needed.

Estimate was explained clearly and any misunderstanding I had in my mind I just asked and got it explained right away. My car was picked up on the day I needed it to be in the time window they had promised me. I dealt with the dispatcher at first and then later on the truck driver directly. Both employees were helpful and friendly. This is the second car shipment I've ever done in my life and it was a much easier process than my previous experience. I'd use them again and I would recommend them.

I will admit when I was searching around I did see a few lower priced options but I preferred not to chance it.
