Stay away!!! Deserves zero stars for unprofessionalism, and exceedingly poor service!!! Paid over $1200 to have my vehicle delivered. Informed on short notice on day of delivery that driver would deliver the vehicle. After over an hour of waiting, I contacted driver (liason?) who informed me that they would now deliver in the afternoon, despite my staying home on short notice for vehicle delivery. Contacted Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping as that's whom I paid and dealt with directly (please see below for their pathetic response). Driver called me, rudely informed me I had to pick up my vehicle before hanging up the phone. Contacted Flat Price and as of now, no resolution to deliver my vehicle. STAY AWAY, AND CHOOSE REPUTABLE COMPANIES!!! Edit: 7/12/2016 The Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping's "resolution" involved threatening to charge me for storage if I was not around to have my vehicle delivered at a time of their choosing. Unbelievable!!!

Good Service, High Quality Company Service was High Quality on all ends, particularly how I was treated. Estimate was explained clearly and any misunderstanding I had in my mind I just asked and got it explained right away. My car was picked up on the day I needed it to be in the time window they had promised me. I dealt with the dispatcher at first and then later on the truck driver directly. Both employees were helpful and friendly. This is the second car shipment I've ever done in my life and it was a much easier process than my previous experience. I'd use them again and I would recommend them.

I despise moving but they took the pain away. Title tells it all. I really don't like packing or moving in general. The process gives me anxiety. I ended up using flat price because they could pack all my stuff up for me and I needed boxes provided as well. Surprisingly not every moving place gives you boxes. I want ship to my car eventually too so I plan on using them again for that because the move went well. They also were their to help me unpack! That was awesome.

Best service ever Moved my uncle's SUV to Boston before his move over there and I feared that it wouldn't be taken care of. My buddy used this company before so I took his word for it and was satisfied with the move and the quality of the teamwork and movers from Indiana to Boston made my uncle and I very comfortable with the process. Would recommend and use again. Thanks!

Easy process and perfect move Flat Price was very customer friendly. Both getting a quote and setting up shipping was easy. The estimates turned out accurate. I will admit when I was searching around I did see a few lower priced options but I preferred not to chance it. I felt much more confident in Flat price based the reviews I read and speaking with them over the phone. The car arrived 2 days later at the other end safely without any exterior damage what so over.
