GBOur experience with Clutter was… Our experience with Clutter was awesome. They helped us greatly move our things and the process was easy to set up. I like that they take pictures of your things and have scanning labels to put on them.

GBThe whole process was easy from the… The whole process was easy from the start. I liked being able to complete everything online and on my own schedule. I also liked that Clutter sent reminder messages leading up to my appointment, and day-of texts to let me know exactly when the movers would arrive. Jordan and Bryan were fast, thorough, and communicative and did a great job!

GBHorrible service & poor resolution Really horrible, I continue to have ongoing problems with the company. I should be an ideal customer, this is my second move, the latest being an eight bedroom house to go into storage for one to five years. Many of my items were not photographed for insurance or inventory purposes, so I cannot verify whether all my items actually went into storage or some went missing. Someone from “trust and safety“ contacted me, but again offered very little help. Really disappointing, will now write to Iron Mountain (Clutters corporate owners) management, as well as Clutter management.

GBAfter 5 years in storage My bed frame was damaged with scratches and pieces were broken off. A box labeled glass had broken items in it. The delivery was smooth and fast I really appreciate that. I would definitely use and recommend Clutter. I'd just do a better job of protecting my items.

GBThis company literally just destroyed… This company literally just destroyed my life. I hired them to move me and they either lost or stole extremely valuable old family relics including jewelry. There is now a huge grand theft case with the LAPD on it and I have been spending every day in court rooms filing paperwork out to sue them. This company will DESTROY your life and I would give anything never to have done business with them.
