GBHorrible service & poor resolution Really horrible, I continue to have ongoing problems with the company. I should be an ideal customer, this is my second move, the latest being an eight bedroom house to go into storage for one to five years. Many of my items were not photographed for insurance or inventory purposes, so I cannot verify whether all my items actually went into storage or some went missing. Someone from “trust and safety“ contacted me, but again offered very little help. Really disappointing, will now write to Iron Mountain (Clutters corporate owners) management, as well as Clutter management.

GBExpensive but worth it This is a great way to keep and manage your stuff stored safely and securely - even a little dustily. That said it is a little pricey. It is worth it to pay for that piece of mind, though. By the way, Ryan Oostendorp and Jonathan Marroquin made it look too easy. They were consummate professionals. Knew what they were doing. They are (de)Clutter rockstars!

GBOur experience with Clutter was… Our experience with Clutter was awesome. They helped us greatly move our things and the process was easy to set up. I like that they take pictures of your things and have scanning labels to put on them.
