GBSapir Sapir, Carlos, Collin were the best packers and movers. They were on time, very warm and friendly and they did the packing and moving job at a lightning speed. I’m amazed by their level of professionalism. Thank you to all three for the great help! I’m definitely going to be a long term Clutter customer because of our three moving professionals today. GBHorrible service & poor resolution Really horrible, I continue to have ongoing problems with the company. I should be an ideal customer, this is my second move, the latest being an eight bedroom house to go into storage for one to five years. Many of my items were not photographed for insurance or inventory purposes, so I cannot verify whether all my items actually went into storage or some went missing. Someone from “trust and safety“ contacted me, but again offered very little help. Really disappointing, will now write to Iron Mountain (Clutters corporate owners) management, as well as Clutter management.

GBEven in the rain! Even in the rain! The crew was roughing it through the rain upon delivery my things, and I appreciated how fast they were. My only note was that my request was to have my kitchen boxes in the kitchen, then after they left I realized the request hasn’t been fulfilled.
