I appreciated all the help that I… I appreciated all the help that I received from Cool Box employees - Kerry, Ty, and Lee. They really seem to care about their job and they never got upset or acted irritated about the many request I made. Honestly, I would be annoyed by myself! But, they were nothing less from prompt, kind, and resourceful! When I noticed a billing discrepancy (not their fault, it was probably their systems) they helped me out immediately. Not many people in the customer service industry actually have customer service skills, so hats off to these guys!

Felix is a ROCK STAR!!! I requested to have my CoolBox delivered to my house so I could clean it out. I have been a customer for about 7 years, can not say enough wonderful things about CoolBox the company and all of its employees, But Felix who delivered the CoolBox to my house - WOW!!! He was a super professional and parked it absolutely perfectly in my driveway. Could not have been placed better - what a ROCK STAR!!!

Cool Box Driver Alipio deserves a RAISE! He's a keeper. Coolbox was a bit expensive, but I guess aligned pricewise with other rental box companies. Aside from that, when you order a Cool Box, REQUEST ALIPIO as your driver. I know you can't actually request drivers....but at least that's the sentiment! Even though personally I can be picky about protecting our driveway from damage, Alipio went way over and above the call of duty to make sure our driveway was protected and didn't block our court for any longer than needed to deliver and pick up our container. He was super careful and thoughtful and methodical (and patient) about placing and retrieving the container safely. He navigated in a tight space too..... plus he's a really nice guy. Highly Recommend Cool Box Cool box worked out great for our business remodel. I needed to free up floor space in our salon (Forever Beauty Hair and Nails, Milpitas, CA) and be able to receive new items for the remodel. This enabled me to continue operating the salon with minimal down time. The storage had ample space and stayed remarkably cool, which helped keep beauty supplies from overheating in the middle of the summer. Overall, I am 110% satisfied and highly recommend Cool Box.

Very reasonable in price Very reasonable in price, like the fact that they are insulated to help keep your belongings cool I believe is the only company out there that does that. Flexible to bring the storage container to your location to another location or store at their yard if need more time. But they need an advance notice in case they do get a little busy with other clients
