USI appreciated all the help that I… I appreciated all the help that I received from Cool Box employees - Kerry, Ty, and Lee. They really seem to care about their job and they never got upset or acted irritated about the many request I made. Honestly, I would be annoyed by myself! But, they were nothing less from prompt, kind, and resourceful! When I noticed a billing discrepancy (not their fault, it was probably their systems) they helped me out immediately. Not many people in the customer service industry actually have customer service skills, so hats off to these guys!

USMy wife and I were very disappointed in… My wife and I were very disappointed in the services we received. Our credit card was compromised by one their employees and they never compensated for their mistakes. We will not use them in the near future!

USCoolbox was great to work with Coolbox was great to work with. Customer service reps were very helpful and we had our Coolboxes picked up and delivered with no problems. Contents were in perfect condition after storing for over a year. Highly recommend.
