Way better then PODs Cool Box stepped in and saved my day whereas PODs did not. Cool Box customer service is far superior over PODS. Will definitely use again. Drivers were courteous and professional, customer service was great in set-up and they delivered without incident....whereas PODS damaged my property and didn't say a word nor did they care. Cool Box is GREAT!

Successful move Wanted to take the time to share that renting from Cool Box was very organized, friendly, professional and most importantly fit our budget. For example, most rental places want a monthly rental. Cool Box offered a two week rental. This was perfect for us. We just need to move items from our small office for carpet removal and needed a secure place for a week or two. Cool Box Portable storage made it very manageable. Thank you. We had a successful move and with no effort with little worry.

Cool Box is a great idea Cool Box is a great idea! We chose the 20’ model which is supposed to accommodate the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home. We did not find this estimate to be accurate. We ended up having to also rent a UHaul for what was left over. The container smelled like mildew. We highly suggest booking drop off, transfers, and pickups in as much advance as possible, as appointments fill up fast.
