Cool Box is a great idea Cool Box is a great idea! We chose the 20’ model which is supposed to accommodate the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home. We did not find this estimate to be accurate. We ended up having to also rent a UHaul for what was left over. The container smelled like mildew. We highly suggest booking drop off, transfers, and pickups in as much advance as possible, as appointments fill up fast.

Felix is a ROCK STAR!!! I requested to have my CoolBox delivered to my house so I could clean it out. I have been a customer for about 7 years, can not say enough wonderful things about CoolBox the company and all of its employees, But Felix who delivered the CoolBox to my house - WOW!!! He was a super professional and parked it absolutely perfectly in my driveway. Could not have been placed better - what a ROCK STAR!!!

Topnotch in equipment and support! Their boxes were clean, dry and very secure using their locks. They met all of their time of delivery and pickup times and were excellent with their accounting and documentation. I recommend them without hesitation.

I've never dealt with a company with so… I've never dealt with a company with so little integrity. They delivered a faulty container that leaked, now all of our belongings are moldy and ruined. The company does not stand behind their product at all. I declined their added insurance because I had faith they were giving me a solid container. Now we have spent 2 weeks emptying the containers and despite precautions are sick from the mold. Run, do not walk away from them. The company is a sham and the management has no concern for their customers.
