Great service. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to help me get organized so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. They do this all day so it’s nothing to them but when it’s your home it’s different. The crew was very respectful and was sure to ask questions when they were unsure about something. That’s a much better alternative than my things getting jacked up.

Unreliable Unreliable. They’re only job was to get my contents of my apartment from one place to another and they lost so many different items. I did most of my packing and everything I packed got to my apartment. The day of the move everything they packed never made it. They are offering me $.60 per pound which is a crime. How are they not responsible? Beware of this moving company they are inexperienced and unorganized

Numerous moving businesses need to be… Numerous moving businesses need to be looked into, not only for illegal activity like theft but also for willful and egregious neglect. The phrase "the good, the terrible, and the ugly" refers to moving companies rather than a cowboy film. Not the case with Dumbo Moving and Storage.
