Great service. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to help me get organized so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. They do this all day so it’s nothing to them but when it’s your home it’s different. The crew was very respectful and was sure to ask questions when they were unsure about something. That’s a much better alternative than my things getting jacked up.

They damaged a post outside my house during the process, and the piano sustained further damage because of its weight and inadequate manpower. Trying to claim has been a lengthy and unclear process, exceeding three weeks. I cannot recommend them unless you want your items damaged and frustration to follow.

Not up front about pricing So the salesman I had was pleasant enough, after getting to my house I had 5 extra boxes- that cost me $500.00 - a hundred dollars a box, very over priced....I started with a quote @ $1650.00, ended $2100.00 not up front about anything. Needed a shuttle truck, which shouldn't be the customer's problem, fine print is something that should be discussed. Also had a end table damaged, worth $75.00 , gave me $40.00 for the damaged piece.... Movers them self are very professional.
