Great job My experience with this company was superb. They were very informative while setting up an appointment to move my stuff. I didn't feel like just another customer during this process at all, it was welcoming. The moving crew showed up on time, ready to get the job done. They handled my items as if it was their own personal possessions. I was at ease from start to finish because they made sure of it. They were awesome They were awesome. Their driver was super nice and helpful, kept me up to speed with everything they were doing. They had one mover who looked a little inexperienced (probably first job) and he made sure to guide him and help him every step of the way. Honestly best call I ever made.

They packed and loaded my two bedroom apartment and I need storage for a short amount of time. They offered me one month of free storage, which was amazing. They delivered everything to my new home with no problems, and they were great to work with. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

The customer service is great, they got back with me super fast and was able to answer any questions I had. I was expecting the move to be a hassle and I was so surprised and relieved after working with this company. I had a fantastic experience with this… I hired IVL to handle our move from Houston, Texas, to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. It was for the contents of a three-bedroom house with a garage and patio furniture. We paid IVL to professionally pack all the boxes, disassemble, and reassemble the furniture on delivery. The movers arrived on the agreed-upon date, and the delivery was done in about a week, which I expected. After working with other moving companies, I can see why International Van Lines has a good reputation. I would use them again if needed. Additionally, I'd like to thank Rick, my sales rep, and Karen, my customer service rep. Both of them were great with communication.
