Straightforward & Efficient Had to relocate a state over for a better work opportunity and cut down on the cumulative expenses of the daily commute had I stayed where I was residing at. Looked up and went with International Van Lines because I had a couple items that couldn't fit altogether in my nor my friends' cars and didn't want to leave them only to repurchase something similar once at the new spot. Called them up, set the move date, they showed up in hearty spirits and got the materials down in an efficient amount of time. About an hour and fifteen minute drive out, nothing was damaged or knocked over, weather cooperated with us and the traffic was average. Appreciate everyone's work on the team, made the process much easier had I resolved with taking smaller trips back and forth, at the additional expense of having to leave or sell the other items incapable of fitting.

Great customer service The team at IVL did an excellent job with our move and deserves a good review for the service. As someone skeptical and nervous about the whole moving thing, it took me a while to decide on movers. I liked IVL because they did not seem sleazy and pushy like the other movers I spoke with and talked to a bunch. My salesperson, Veronica, was very good at explaining the details of our move and spending time walking us through the process. I am happy to announce that the move went well, and we have nothing but good things to say about IVL. We would use them again in the future if needed.

I had a fantastic experience with this… I hired IVL to handle our move from Houston, Texas, to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. It was for the contents of a three-bedroom house with a garage and patio furniture. We paid IVL to professionally pack all the boxes, disassemble, and reassemble the furniture on delivery. The movers arrived on the agreed-upon date, and the delivery was done in about a week, which I expected. After working with other moving companies, I can see why International Van Lines has a good reputation. I would use them again if needed. Additionally, I'd like to thank Rick, my sales rep, and Karen, my customer service rep. Both of them were great with communication.
