Positive Outcome My experience with IVL was very different than the experience I had with a moving broker years back. I was unaware that most moving brokers scam customers, and they got me. We chose IVl because they're a carrier and own and operate their trucks and movers. Additionally, I needed insurance for a high amount, and IVL could offer insurance at a reasonable cost. The move ended up going well. IVL's team showed up on the planned date, packed everything as promised, and my delivery was also performed well. All I was looking for was a good moving experience, and I found it with IVL, so they got 5 stars from me.

I chose IVL because they are a moving company, not a moving broker so they did sub the work out. We went with a broker a year ago and hot hammered with problems. IVL was pleasant to work with and offered us great service at a reasonable cost. We did not have any issues with the move.

I had a fantastic experience with this… I hired IVL to handle our move from Houston, Texas, to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. It was for the contents of a three-bedroom house with a garage and patio furniture. We paid IVL to professionally pack all the boxes, disassemble, and reassemble the furniture on delivery. The movers arrived on the agreed-upon date, and the delivery was done in about a week, which I expected. After working with other moving companies, I can see why International Van Lines has a good reputation. I would use them again if needed. Additionally, I'd like to thank Rick, my sales rep, and Karen, my customer service rep. Both of them were great with communication.

Awesome experience I was not expecting I can only describe my experience with this company as splendid. The drivers were extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer any questions I had.
