Great job My experience with this company was superb. They were very informative while setting up an appointment to move my stuff. I didn't feel like just another customer during this process at all, it was welcoming. The moving crew showed up on time, ready to get the job done. They handled my items as if it was their own personal possessions. I was at ease from start to finish because they made sure of it. Operates in bad faith Trusted IVL to move our house hold goods from Louisiana to England. This company has terrible customer service annd communication. Wasn’t informed when my shipment left the port. Had to call multiple times to find out that the shipment didn’t make its original date and had been pushed back. We were not informed of possible port fees until shipment was already underway. The fees were almost hidden in the email after the signature block. After our shipment had cleared customs the contracted company could not reach our shipment until 4 days after causing us to incur extra port charges. Will have to pay almost $1000 extra in port and extra equipment fees after paying $11,000 for the move itself. Do not use this company

I recently moved from Dallas to Texas I recently moved from Dallas to Texas, using IVL. My move was for a two-bedroom apartment with packing and storage for two months. I spent days looking for a reputable mover and chose IVL based on online reviews and a referral. I also enjoyed working with my coordinator, Alex, who was very good at communicating information and keeping in touch regarding the status and delivery. The move went well, minus a slight delay in delivery, but they sorted everything out. We had no damages or missing items, which we were pleased about. Also, we did not get charged anything over the quoted amount. IVl sent me an email asking for my feedback, and I have no problem leaving them a positive review.

Tx to Ny My company chose IVL for my move to FL from TX. This was for a new job, and I had no room for error. I did not have to come out of pocket for the move, but I did request that they provide me with their best moving company/vendor because I did not want any problems with delays or damage. International Van Lines did a great job with my move, and I had a good experience overall. They showed up as planned, packed everything for us, and created our grand piano. They also provide special packing on some artwork. I got all my things delivered in about 5 days, and all went smoothly on the delivery end. IVL is a straightforward and good company to work with, and they have my recommendation.
