I recently moved from Dallas to Texas I recently moved from Dallas to Texas, using IVL. My move was for a two-bedroom apartment with packing and storage for two months. I spent days looking for a reputable mover and chose IVL based on online reviews and a referral. I also enjoyed working with my coordinator, Alex, who was very good at communicating information and keeping in touch regarding the status and delivery. The move went well, minus a slight delay in delivery, but they sorted everything out. We had no damages or missing items, which we were pleased about. Also, we did not get charged anything over the quoted amount. IVl sent me an email asking for my feedback, and I have no problem leaving them a positive review.

International Van Lines is a fantastic… International Van Lines is a fantastic moving company. They were very careful with my possessions when I had to move 3 hours across the state. The staff is polite and courteous and treat you like family. I highly recommend them if you or your family need help moving. They went above and beyond and really took the stress of moving off of me

Horrible fake moving company Quick edit after seeing IVL reply, I am trying to add a pic of my Bill of Lading but it is not allowing it. I guarantee this experience is real and I am real and IVL definitely knows exactly who I am. Their only response is to lie and pretend this is a fake review. That is very telling as to their deceitful practices. Horrible fake moving company. These reviews are likely as fake as their binding quote. Seriously run far away from this company. They are not movers, they are brokers. They give a low ball quote without ever even trying to do a video walk thru of your home. They led me to believe my items would be delivered in 3-4 days. It took over 30 days. They stopped loading the truck and demanded almost $3,000 more for “bulky” items. Items they had received pictures of. When I called to find out where my stuff was they had moved it 3 hours in the opposite direction into a storage unit in the desert. They had no idea when it would be delivered. The last time I called (they won’t call you) and was told my stuff was on the move they still had no idea where it was or when it might arrive. When it did arrive the driver had no helpers so we got to unload the entire truck ourselves. Customer service was a joke and I am sure he will write a note here about how sorry they are. They did not seem sorry when I told them we were living in an empty house, no beds, no furniture, no refrigerator, nothing to cook with and they had all my husband’s tools. He had no way to work. This is scumbag company that took over $13k from us, only to force us to spend more money buying things we already owned and rendering us unable to earn income until they delivered our stuff with damage and we had to unload the truck. Disgusting company, run away.

My experience with IVL was great My experience with IVL was great. It was better than my experience with a mover years back. I chose IVL because they are a moving company, not a moving broker so they did sub the work out. We went with a broker a year ago and hot hammered with problems. IVL was pleasant to work with and offered us great service at a reasonable cost. We did not have any issues with the move.

They were awesome They were awesome. Their driver was super nice and helpful, kept me up to speed with everything they were doing. They had one mover who looked a little inexperienced (probably first job) and he made sure to guide him and help him every step of the way. Honestly best call I ever made.
