I didn't feel like just another customer during this process at all, it was welcoming. The moving crew showed up on time, ready to get the job done. Moving is always a nightmare but this… Moving is always a nightmare but this company really made my experience as stress free as possible. The customer service is great, they got back with me super fast and was able to answer any questions I had. I was expecting the move to be a hassle and I was so surprised and relieved after working with this company. Id use them again in the future if i needed to, and Id definitely recommend to anyone moving.

My experience with IVL was great My experience with IVL was great. It was better than my experience with a mover years back. I chose IVL because they are a moving company, not a moving broker so they did sub the work out. We went with a broker a year ago and hot hammered with problems. IVL was pleasant to work with and offered us great service at a reasonable cost. We did not have any issues with the move.
