Highly Recommended pros My Vintage Mustang was going to be featured in an event and shipping needed to be flawless. I went through the list of businesses in my area and got along over the phone best with USA Auto Transport. Gary, the gentlemen who I spoke with over the phone also had a Vintage Mustang and took great care of his. I used enclosed shipping to Charlotte. Arrival was right on time and the vehicle arrived without any new damage. When wanted an update I reached out via email which they showed me how to do and put in my order number into the tracking system. Shortly after I got a response. They clearly know what they're doing. They will cancel on you last minute! Ive written about my experience on other rating boards but since USA Auto Transport is a large company I'd like to share my experiences here too. Ultimately I cannot recommend this company. The short version of my experience is that I signed paperwork with them in early May to ship my car in July from Virginia to Oregon. I was given a 3 day window (July 5th - July 7th). I was meant to fly out on Friday July 8th so the timing was very important to me. On July 6th I was told that there would be no driver coming to get my car. I never got a true explanation. I asked if this was a time issue or a money issue and they could not tell me. With less than 48 hours noticed I was told by the person I was working with that I should find another company to ship my car (not very encouraging) or I would need to find a way to leave my car in Virginia for a future pickup date (not an option since I didnt know anyone in the area who could watch my car). Less than 48 hours to do something I planned almost 2 months ago. In the end I had to go with another company at almost twice the price (over 3k vs the 1.8k that USA Auto Transport quoted me for) for a last minute delivery. Please save yourself the headache of getting a last minute cancellation. You dont want to be packing your bags 2 night before your cross country flight only to have someone cancel on you last minute. If I book something almost 2 months in advance with a signed contract I expect to have services rendered on the agreed dates or else what is the point in agreeing to work with a company. The only saving grace from this company is that their employees are kind, but at a certain point kindness cant compensate for a stressful experience.

5 star effort Very reliable for shipping across the state. They just finished delivering my son's new Toyota Camry and he couldn't be happier. It was an early graduation gift and we wanted it to be a surprise. So the driver even went as far as timing the delivery for when our son was home. The car was picked up from the dealership was on schedule and the vehicle arrived safely! It only took to days to from Philly to Phoenix. Definitely a 5 star effort.

SUV shipping - Florida My SUV was shipped from Cleveland to South Florida in good timing with a respectful crew handling the process. Solid communication allowed a simple drop off and pick up with the dispatch always around during the day to answer any questions. The car got there with no damage and no dust at all from choosing the enclosed trailer option. I'll be using them later on down the road to ship the vehicle back.
