Do Not Use This Company if You Expect to Ever See Your Belongings Again I am so disappointed with my experience with My International Movers. A month and a half after my belongings were picked up in San Diego, they still haven't been delivered, and I'm not getting a clear answer from the company on whether they even know where my things are. My husband and I recently moved from Baja, Mexico to Montreal. We were driving from Baja to Montreal, and then needed our belongings to be stored in Montreal for a about a week while we looked for a house in Montreal. My husband emailed Roee when we arrived in Montreal asking if our belongings had arrived here yet. Roee took a while to respond, and then said our stuff was being stored and ready to be delivered. We were thrilled! We found a house, and then my husband contacted Roee about scheduling a time for our delivery. Roee said our stuff could be delivered the day of our move in. Great! The next day he said my husband and I would have to meet them at customs, so we asked for clarification since we were told our belongings were in Montreal. Nothing for 24 hours and then after I repeatedly called, I finally heard back from Roee stating that our belongings hadn't left LA and would not be delivered for another 10-20 days. That was last Thursday, and as of today, our stuff is still in LA. We are now without a bed, cooking ware, clothes, medications, pet supplies, etc. and the weather is starting to get cooler in Montreal. We have already had to buy a new mattress, bedding, and some kitchen supplies to get us through as we have three dogs and it's challenging for us to stay in a hotel. We are so disappointed by the poor communication, and at this point we are wondering if they actually lost our belongings and if we'll ever see them again. My International Movers has made the already-stressful event of moving an absolute nightmare for myself and my family.

They even made up for a minor mistake It was surprising how calm and organized everyone stayed during the move. I felt like there were so many details to our move. It was giving me a headache just thinking about it. Anyway the move to Toronto from Austin went pretty smooth. The only issue we ran into was the arrival time was set back a day from what they originally told us. They made up for it by helping us unpack and organize which was a no extra cost. They didn't unpack everything because we didn't yet know how we wanted it all arranged but they took care of all boxes for the kitchen and moved furniture around until we were happy with the set up. That for sure ended things on a good note.

Thank You Just thought of getting everything moved to the U.K. for work was stressing me out. As you probably already know these international movers are so much more expensive than regular moves and so many things can go wrong. I eventually got things together and used My International. They really made this move possible and understood how stressed I was about it. Everyone made their best effort to make sure I wouldn't have much on my plate for this move at all. After I scheduled it they took control and kept it organized. The movers they had set up for me in Birmingham had quite the personalities and made me feel very welcome to my new surroundings. Just want to say thank you to each and every person who made this move possible. Also thank you for helping me understand how customs work for moving. I was confused by that part haha

Well Done and Thanks Again My friend had told me about this company. She used their services before in the past and had a good experience. I was shipping a variety of things such as furniture and artwork for a home in London. I was helping organize it with a client and it was very important that we work with a qualified company. My International made sure everything arrived under 30 days as promised without a break or chip to any item.

Technically, all my broken stuff was "moved"... My International Movers (their international moving division) handled my move from Seattle, WA to Adelaide, Australia. From the beginning, things were difficult to coordinate with the moving specialist. Numerous calls and emails would go un-answered until I would contact other people at the company. Then it took 7.5 months for my belongings to arrive, all the while the company suddenly requiring more money than what was listed in the contract for delivery. Their moving specialist even tried to charge a university credit card that was specifically used to hold the reservation over 7 months prior. Nonetheless, here's where the real problems began: The delivery of my items. Six of the dozen or so major pieces of furniture moved were irreparably damaged. The moving company here in Australia was astounded by the lack of care the company put into packing any of the items, which included an armoire with legs sticking out of any wrapping (two of the legs were severely damaged), a dresser that was wrapped in nothing but thin cardboard and that was split almost the entire length of the dresser, paintings wrapped in nothing but tissue and cardboard, both of which were shattered, a bicycle placed in an otherwise empty cardboard box and that, as a result, had its frame bent, and a lamp placed in a box labeled 'fragile' that received no other protection and was therefore absolutely demolished. Mind you, every item I wrapped and packed in boxes myself arrived fine, including glass figurines and mugs. It was only the poorly packaged furniture items handled by My International Movers themselves that were damaged. The estimated damage, which is all photographed and documented, is ~$10,000 U.S. dollars. The end result has been the company offering me $500, far below the minimum liability insurance for 300 cubic feet of items shipped. It's almost more of an insult to offer me that low amount after what was clearly a result of their negligence. I cannot stress enough: this has been one of the worst business transaction experiences of my life, and the company *still* refuses to acknowledge its wrongdoing. My main goal at this point is to help others steer clear of the mistake I made hiring them to move my belongings.
