Good I hired KeyStone Moving Group last minute and was impressed by the prompt responses and willingness to work with my last-minute schedule. The movers were very quick and professional and made the move as seamless as possible! I would highly recommend these guys!!

Not worth the cheap "quote"..very late, overcharged, horrible service. Found via a moving quote website. They actively pursued business and seemed transparent enough, delivering the cheapest price. Day of move, showed up half a day late after telling me on the phone they were "down the street, turning on our road" hours before. Up charged us 35% on the initial pack from pick up. That’s how they do business based on reviews from multiple sites. Broad or bad quote upfront, then they pack a rented Budget truck with hired hands day of, over charging based on how they pack. Gives them flexibility to play with dimensions of a truck and pack to upcharge. Delivery WAS AWFUL. I have moved more times than I can count in my past military days and have worked with tons of companies nationally and globally. This was a distance of 6 hours...they ghosted my phone calls majority of time. Eventually when I would get someone on the phone, they would promise next day delivery...this continued for nearly two weeks!!Plenty of excuses as to why they didn’t deliver on multiple promised dates (driver sick, driver didn't wake up, slow commute, transport issues, family issues etc). I almost filed a report for lost/stolen goods. Delivery showed up 14 days later for what should have been easily delivered in 1-2 days...6-hour commute?! Showed up and threatened to not deliver property if not paid up front (without proving they were even delivering our stuff). Very unprofessional. Rude. Made a mess of our bathroom when leaving.. Lots of damage on our furniture, which a claim is being filed. But knowing them..probably won’t get back $1 dollar. Lesson learned, don’t try to save money. Hire a nationally recognized, branded, 100% insured moving company with a legitimate reputable name.

Pleased with the communication and service So professional and the communication between the customer service ladies was on point throughout all points of my move. I was told in the beginning to read all of my emails so i can stay prepared. It gave me insight on my delivery and what to expect and prepare for. Honestly they gave me very helpful information verbally but also made sure I fully knew everything and made me extremely comfortable. I love supporting small businesses and was really lucky to have used Keystone. There were a few things that came up during my pickup but they made sure to help me realize what i was paying for, and if i did have any issues I just contacted customer service and they were right on top of it communicating with the movers. Will be recommending for sure.

7/15/20 Pickup MD to TX move MD to TX Move - All my belongings finally arrived on 8/15 & 8/21/20 with minimal damages. To my surprise! the owner of Keystone reached out to me through a conference call with the third-party moving company to rectify my relocation drama. His action is evidence he has intrigue. We settled on a compromise and I am greatly satisfied with the compensation. However, if you want 5-Star ratings, partner with 5-Star moving companies and hire 5-Star employees like Christina. From day 1, she provided me with accurate details and followed-up, but she can’t do EVERYTHING solo. So when you use this company, ask for her so paperwork can be done correctly. 7/15/20 Pickup MD to TX move 8/2/20 No furniture, its been 7days NO REPLY/CONTACT from Keystone, and no return emails. We agreed to 7/28/20 delivery date - no show or communication. MIA day of move. 3rd party moving company arrived a day late after calling ahead to be there. Moving company box truck had no company name on sides of truck just plain white box with a name on front top. 2 movers kept removing mask inside my home. What could I do day of move?. Keystone contact me 4 days after Pickup with concern, yet no follow up. They got me for $400 + $140 + $1100 and all my personal belongings. A COSTLY MISTAKE!!!!!

Very pleased with the overall service-… Very pleased with the overall service- movers were friendly and efficient, they did a great job with both the packing and handling of furniture. We definitely recommend it.
