GBHappy with everything Last month I moved from Los Angeles to Miami for a job offer paying more than my previous job. This was the first time I actually researched moving companies myself. Some of the people I spoke with were just plain rude and bashed other companies claiming their's was the end all be all. I ended up going with Keystone because they actually showed me who they were. The movers were really friendly and worked diligently to get things loaded because I was closing on the my property in LA by the end of the day. Nothing was damaged and they stuck with their original price despite other companies telling me they would price gouge me. I'll be using them again in the near future for a possible move.

GBHorrible company to work with Horrible company to work with. They were 4 days late on picking up our house, causing us fees. They have now had our stuff for 2 months with no sign of delivery. They give zero updates, the owner “Christina” has yelled and swore and me and my wife, not very professional. They have all of my sons documents so he cant even be enrolled into school, he’s 7, and cant go to school. Not only that but they dont even follow how they say their company is going to pack larger items, my 2 motorcycles should have been packed into crates, nope, I’m sure they will be dented and scratched when I get them back. When confronted about their poor communication skills they claim their responses to reviews on other sites count as communication. Whatever

GB7/15/20 Pickup MD to TX move MD to TX Move - All my belongings finally arrived on 8/15 & 8/21/20 with minimal damages. To my surprise! the owner of Keystone reached out to me through a conference call with the third-party moving company to rectify my relocation drama. His action is evidence he has intrigue. We settled on a compromise and I am greatly satisfied with the compensation. However, if you want 5-Star ratings, partner with 5-Star moving companies and hire 5-Star employees like Christina. From day 1, she provided me with accurate details and followed-up, but she can’t do EVERYTHING solo. So when you use this company, ask for her so paperwork can be done correctly. 7/15/20 Pickup MD to TX move 8/2/20 No furniture, its been 7days NO REPLY/CONTACT from Keystone, and no return emails. We agreed to 7/28/20 delivery date - no show or communication. MIA day of move. 3rd party moving company arrived a day late after calling ahead to be there. Moving company box truck had no company name on sides of truck just plain white box with a name on front top. 2 movers kept removing mask inside my home. What could I do day of move?. Keystone contact me 4 days after Pickup with concern, yet no follow up. They got me for $400 + $140 + $1100 and all my personal belongings. A COSTLY MISTAKE!!!!!

GBDO NOT HIRE THEM This company purposely gave us an inaccurate quote. So here’s the scheme. They’ll give you a cheap quote no matter how many items you tell them you’re moving. Once you accept their quote they’ll instantly need a deposit which is usually half of the quote ( the other half is due upon delivery) the catch is once the movers arrive your initial quote will be about 3-4K lower than your actual TOTAL moving cost. Once the shock of the cost increase wears off you have two options. 1) pay the inflated price 2) cancel the move and lose your deposit. Be warned they don’t care after they get your money for the deposit and your move will cost thousands more than the quote
