GBDefiantly recommended! From the moment they arrived they were professional, experienced, courteous, thoughtful, efficient, and quick! My belongings were packed and ready to go so can't comment about that. I didn't feel like I needed to watch over them which put me at ease. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving and if we need to move again we will be using Keystone Moving Group!

PKOutstanding services.. I had a very good experience with this company. Frank was the head mover and was accompanied by two more folks. The move was done very fast and without any damage. I recommend it!

GBPleased with the communication and service So professional and the communication between the customer service ladies was on point throughout all points of my move. I was told in the beginning to read all of my emails so i can stay prepared. It gave me insight on my delivery and what to expect and prepare for. Honestly they gave me very helpful information verbally but also made sure I fully knew everything and made me extremely comfortable. I love supporting small businesses and was really lucky to have used Keystone. There were a few things that came up during my pickup but they made sure to help me realize what i was paying for, and if i did have any issues I just contacted customer service and they were right on top of it communicating with the movers. Will be recommending for sure.

GBafter reading reviews i see most all…broken promises after reading reviews i see most all are like mine, lost money, broken promises, from the owner himself.i dont no how a company can be allowed to do this to innocent people in need of help. after contacting BBBthe owner told me he would refund half my deposit three different times on the phone and of course he did not! totally what the american people do not repersent!! SAD!!

GBDO NOT HIRE THEM This company purposely gave us an inaccurate quote. So here’s the scheme. They’ll give you a cheap quote no matter how many items you tell them you’re moving. Once you accept their quote they’ll instantly need a deposit which is usually half of the quote ( the other half is due upon delivery) the catch is once the movers arrive your initial quote will be about 3-4K lower than your actual TOTAL moving cost. Once the shock of the cost increase wears off you have two options. 1) pay the inflated price 2) cancel the move and lose your deposit. Be warned they don’t care after they get your money for the deposit and your move will cost thousands more than the quote
