My husband and I used Golden Gate to… My husband and I used Golden Gate to help us move from California to Nevada. The entire team was very knowledgeable and friendly. The movers showed up on time , packed and loaded our items as expected. We did have more boxes than what we thought and they packed those also. We had to pay more for having more boxes but that was ok. We used their free storage for 3 weeks until we got everything settled in our new place. Delivery was smooth , we are glad to be sleeping in our own beds again. Overall great experience and great company.

Marcos and Jesse at Golden Gate Marcos and Jesse were both very professional, friendly and quick. They made sure my boxes and furniture were well wrapped and protected before transfer to the truck. They handled all pieces with care and precision. I highly recommend this team. I hope the persons unloading my belongings are as competent.

Absolutely horrible company Absolutely horrible company. I will advise against working with them. They’ve ruined or misplaced items inside my home and are now brushing me off to someone named WB who they are claiming isn’t available. My family and I will not become another victim to this company. We will not rest until something is done to help not only us but everyone who has been wronged by this company!

Worst move of my life Worst move of my life. Lost 30 plus boxes, tv furniture and sports memorabilia I had collected over the years. The worst part my father in laws military stuff from the war he served. Try many times to see where my belongings are and get the same" we will call you, when we know". Then they gave me a number to file a claim and it's been 4 months with no reply. How are they able to operate. Wendy has try to help, everybody else is garbage.
