I think this is a terrific business… I think this is a terrific business concept and very helpful for people with complicated or multi-phased moves. I would have given them 5 stars but I think they're a bit disorganized. My belongings were moved from one container to another in their storage facility at some point without my knowledge and I think some things were lost.

Dallas and his team were great Dallas and his team were great! Had asked to get four people because of it being a long carry but scheduler ensured me project only needed three people and would take 4 hours. Move ended up being 8 hours (as I had predicted) so would have appreciated the extra hands. Some damage to floors/walls that you would expect from moving. Some scratches on furniture but nothing ruined.

Horrible experience! Horrible experience. Costed 2.5 times my quote because of rain and elevator not working on arriving end. Unloaded truck. Refused to leave on truck overnight for following day delivery. Never spoke w me about how much it would cost to continue in rain. Never ever use this company! RUN! Have moved 7 times in 6 years by other companies. Never so badly misquoted!! Never!!!!

Excellent Service MyPorter was very easy to deal with during my move and storage. They were very professional, efficient, fast and didn’t waste my time! Nancy at the office, Khiry, Devin, Michael, Donnell, Marquez the moving crew were a pleasure to deal with from the start to the finish. I have used other companies before, this is the first time I didn’t feel like I wasted my money, and didn’t have any issues with moving and storage. I will definitely recommend them to friends! Thanks for a great experience!
