Absolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT use this company by any means. They transfer your items from truck to truck, meaning your items will come back destroyed. I have a handful of items destroyed, shattered, and have graffiti on them. I hired them back in the very beginning of June and my items just arrived two days ago. They don’t contact you at all. It wasn’t until I contacted the better business buero that they all of a sudden got in contact with me about my belongings. They made me pay over $1,000(way over the quote price) when my items arrived along with over $700 and $800 beforehand. They were extremely late and went against their contract agreement. The head lady was extremely rude when I talked to her on the phone upon arrival. Stay away from this company and save yourself from a huge mess.

Finally the first move that actually went smooth I detest movers based on many past experiences. Did some research then Global Home Logistics came up in conversation with my neighbor. Was able to reach the reps when I needed anything. The moving experience was fine. I had no issues and my sales rep Brooke was great!

This company is a scam This company is a scam. We contracted them to move us from Kentucky to Florida. Harrison Fine the initial rep who set the price and date became a ghost after the initial deposit. The staff was rude, dispatch was rude and lied over and over that the movers were being delayed. Finally I fired them and currently are processing my refund. I urge you to think before using these unprofessional people. I learned they aren’t even BBB accredited.

Recommended! These movers helped me move out of second story house to new apartment. The whole moving crew was very professional and hardworking. They managed my whole move in just few hours and with great care. I was so impressed after seeing the delivered items as they are in same original shape as before.
