No customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

The workers were very professional, they follow cdc guidelines, made adjustments as needed. Just an around amazing job. I have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.
