GBMisquoted cost Misquoted cost, size of shipment, delivery date - basically everything. Staff is not capable, they don't respond, and they don't stand behind their work. They will easily (and without remorse) leave you with a pile of boxes and furniture if you don't pay up. They collect their nonrefundable money up front, then they contract out to moving companies who have to suffer from Gold's incompetence. AVOID THEM!!

GBI have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.

GBTook the Headache Out of our Move Gold Standard made my family’s move as seamless as possible. All items were treated with great care and accounted for, even our heavier and larger items were brought up the stairs and staged for us. The customer service team was easy to work with and answered all questions I had regarding the timeline of the move. Price quoted was fair and cost didn’t go over what I was quoted. Overall very happy with Gold Standard and will use their services again!

GBNo customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Same story as everyone else: paid my deposit then canceled as my "gut" told me something not right. Received email that my refund approved 11/3/21....now April 2022 and have not received my refund. Made several phone calls during this time. Last on 11/30/21 was told refund would be sent by Jan 31 2022. Now when I call I am on "eternal" hold..no one answers.
