No customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Same story as everyone else: paid my deposit then canceled as my "gut" told me something not right. Received email that my refund approved 11/3/21....now April 2022 and have not received my refund. Made several phone calls during this time. Last on 11/30/21 was told refund would be sent by Jan 31 2022. Now when I call I am on "eternal" hold..no one answers.

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. Believe all the negative reviews. I paid a $1300 deposit for movers after my mom died. They never showed up. They agreed to refund me. At first they said 3 weeks this was Sept. Then they said January. And now they are saying when their legal department clears whatever issue they are having. They send me emails saying they will refund me after I call but I've gotten nothing. I've been waiting over 8 months at this point.

Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should… Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should be named Con Man Broker. I've read so many heartbreaking stories on social media about this company. That, compounded with my own experience with this shady company compels me to warn others about contracting with this BROKER. They are not a moving and storage company as the name implies. Run! Screaming! In the other direction. DO NOT HIRE THIS BROKER. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

Took the Headache Out of our Move Gold Standard made my family’s move as seamless as possible. All items were treated with great care and accounted for, even our heavier and larger items were brought up the stairs and staged for us. The customer service team was easy to work with and answered all questions I had regarding the timeline of the move. Price quoted was fair and cost didn’t go over what I was quoted. Overall very happy with Gold Standard and will use their services again!
