King Mover! I had an incredible experience with Gold standard moving. Each and every member of our moving team was great. I am more than impressed with the move it was. I would HIGHLY recommend using Gold standard moving for all of your moving needs!

No customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

Trash company Do not trust any five star in the comment. The company is completely garbage. Almost all my items are damaged. They are only friendly to you before delivery. After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number. Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should… Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should be named Con Man Broker. I've read so many heartbreaking stories on social media about this company. That, compounded with my own experience with this shady company compels me to warn others about contracting with this BROKER. They are not a moving and storage company as the name implies. Run! Screaming! In the other direction. DO NOT HIRE THIS BROKER. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

Misquoted cost Misquoted cost, size of shipment, delivery date - basically everything. Staff is not capable, they don't respond, and they don't stand behind their work. They will easily (and without remorse) leave you with a pile of boxes and furniture if you don't pay up. They collect their nonrefundable money up front, then they contract out to moving companies who have to suffer from Gold's incompetence. AVOID THEM!!
