Nice Movers! Truly wonderful experience yesterday. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently and quickly, and were super friendly and respectful of our belongings. Over the past decade, I've moved a ton in the bay area with many different movers, and these are hands down the best movers I've worked with. I would highly recommend them!

I have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.

Trash company Do not trust any five star in the comment. The company is completely garbage. Almost all my items are damaged. They are only friendly to you before delivery. After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number. Oh yeah, my delivery fee when up

Be very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.
