Nice Movers! Truly wonderful experience yesterday. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently and quickly, and were super friendly and respectful of our belongings. No customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

I have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.
