GBNo customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

GBTrash company Do not trust any five star in the comment. The company is completely garbage. Almost all my items are damaged. They are only friendly to you before delivery. After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number. GBMisquoted cost Misquoted cost, size of shipment, delivery date - basically everything. Staff is not capable, they don't respond, and they don't stand behind their work. They will easily (and without remorse) leave you with a pile of boxes and furniture if you don't pay up. They collect their nonrefundable money up front, then they contract out to moving companies who have to suffer from Gold's incompetence. AVOID THEM!!

GBDO NOT USE - YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF - GUARANTEED!! I am a member of the military, I was contacted by Gold Standard when I had requested information on a moving site for moving carriers to contact me. THEY ARE NOT A MOVING CARRIER - THEY ARE A BROKER!! THEY SUB CONTRACT YOU OUT TO THE LOWEST BIDDING CARRIER TO PICK UP YOUR STUFF... IF YOUR STUFF EVER EVEN GETS PICKED UP. I was contracted to have all my belongings picked up from the base housing I was living in back in October 2021. The movers never showed up and the representative at Gold Standard told us that they "would get back to us with a resolution"... They never did, and despite many many calls and emails they had never coordinated our move. I ended up needing to find a local mover on my own to get me and my family out of our base housing and put all our stuff in a storage unit we could figure out what to do because we were moving out of state, all without the service from Gold Standard that we paid $2500 for! Gold Standard agreed to refund our money, but to this day, we have yet to see a single penny of our refund.

The workers were very professional, they follow cdc guidelines, made adjustments as needed. Just an around amazing job.
