Be very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.

Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should… Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should be named Con Man Broker. I've read so many heartbreaking stories on social media about this company. That, compounded with my own experience with this shady company compels me to warn others about contracting with this BROKER. They are not a moving and storage company as the name implies. Run! Screaming! In the other direction. DO NOT HIRE THIS BROKER. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

Good work!!! I cannot say enough good things about this moving company! They were fast and reliable. Not only were they kind, but they were also respectful to our furniture. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Gold Standard Moving!

Trash company Do not trust any five star in the comment. The company is completely garbage. Almost all my items are damaged. They are only friendly to you before delivery. After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number. No customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home
