Be very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.

After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number.
