I have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.

SCAM DO NOT USE!! This is not a moving company, but a fraudulent broker that hires other fraudulent local movers who've often had their licenses removed already and operate under new names and dot numbers so it's hard to find information about them. Often they use names associated with reputable moving companies to confuse people into thinking its legitimate when in fact its all a scam! BEWARE AND DON'T USE. VERIFIED MOVERS. COM IS FULL OF CRAP TOO. MAKE SURE TO FIND A REPUTABLE LIST OF BROKERS AND CHOOSE FROM THERE.

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. Believe all the negative reviews. I paid a $1300 deposit for movers after my mom died. They never showed up. They agreed to refund me. At first they said 3 weeks this was Sept. Then they said January. And now they are saying when their legal department clears whatever issue they are having. They send me emails saying they will refund me after I call but I've gotten nothing. I've been waiting over 8 months at this point.

The workers were very professional, they follow cdc guidelines, made adjustments as needed. Just an around amazing job. Took the Headache Out of our Move Gold Standard made my family’s move as seamless as possible. All items were treated with great care and accounted for, even our heavier and larger items were brought up the stairs and staged for us. The customer service team was easy to work with and answered all questions I had regarding the timeline of the move. Price quoted was fair and cost didn’t go over what I was quoted. Overall very happy with Gold Standard and will use their services again!
