DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Same story as everyone else: paid my deposit then canceled as my "gut" told me something not right. Received email that my refund approved 11/3/21....now April 2022 and have not received my refund. Made several phone calls during this time. Last on 11/30/21 was told refund would be sent by Jan 31 2022. Now when I call I am on "eternal" hold..no one answers.

Moving can be painful but gold standard… Moving can be painful but gold standard moving with team made so easy. They were on time ready packed furniture and household goods to another.Best moving experience by far. I highly recommend this great company excellent customer service!!!!

Be very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.

I have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.
