Misquoted cost Misquoted cost, size of shipment, delivery date - basically everything. Staff is not capable, they don't respond, and they don't stand behind their work. They will easily (and without remorse) leave you with a pile of boxes and furniture if you don't pay up. They collect their nonrefundable money up front, then they contract out to moving companies who have to suffer from Gold's incompetence. AVOID THEM!!

Gold for Gold Standard The people at Gold Standard made relocating for my family and me painless. Their moving rates were affordable. The workers were very professional, they follow cdc guidelines, made adjustments as needed. Just an around amazing job. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Same story as everyone else: paid my deposit then canceled as my "gut" told me something not right. Received email that my refund approved 11/3/21....now April 2022 and have not received my refund. Made several phone calls during this time. Last on 11/30/21 was told refund would be sent by Jan 31 2022. Now when I call I am on "eternal" hold..no one answers.

I have never used Gold Star before but… I have never used Gold Star before but after my experience I will never go back to Uhauls or 2 Men and a Truck. The people are very friendly and customer service is fast to respond and very calm. The prices are very reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the next time you need some extra help moving.

Trash company Do not trust any five star in the comment. The company is completely garbage. Almost all my items are damaged. They are only friendly to you before delivery. After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number.
