DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Same story as everyone else: paid my deposit then canceled as my "gut" told me something not right. Received email that my refund approved 11/3/21....now April 2022 and have not received my refund. Made several phone calls during this time. Last on 11/30/21 was told refund would be sent by Jan 31 2022. Now when I call I am on "eternal" hold..no one answers.

This is not a moving company, but a fraudulent broker that hires other fraudulent local movers who've often had their licenses removed already and operate under new names and dot numbers so it's hard to find information about them. Often they use names associated with reputable moving companies to confuse people into thinking its legitimate when in fact its all a scam! BEWARE AND DON'T USE. VERIFIED MOVERS. COM IS FULL OF CRAP TOO. MAKE SURE TO FIND A REPUTABLE LIST OF BROKERS AND CHOOSE FROM THERE.

That, compounded with my own experience with this shady company compels me to warn others about contracting with this BROKER. They are not a moving and storage company as the name implies. Run! Screaming! In the other direction. DO NOT HIRE THIS BROKER. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
