Be very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. Believe all the negative reviews. I paid a $1300 deposit for movers after my mom died. They never showed up. They agreed to refund me. At first they said 3 weeks this was Sept. Then they said January. And now they are saying when their legal department clears whatever issue they are having. They send me emails saying they will refund me after I call but I've gotten nothing. I've been waiting over 8 months at this point.

Received email that my refund approved 11/3/21....now April 2022 and have not received my refund. Made several phone calls during this time. Last on 11/30/21 was told refund would be sent by Jan 31 2022. Now when I call I am on "eternal" hold..no one answers.
