GBNo customer service.. no help These folks contract with ..in my case...people who have questionable business practices and no customer interest. My folks arrived 7 hours late for pickup, never gave me paperwork, raised price by 200 percent, delivered 30+ days after pickup for a move under 500 miles, and items were broken. They did not leave me with contact or claim information. They only called 4 hours before day of delivery.. lucky I was home

GBTook the Headache Out of our Move Gold Standard made my family’s move as seamless as possible. All items were treated with great care and accounted for, even our heavier and larger items were brought up the stairs and staged for us. The customer service team was easy to work with and answered all questions I had regarding the timeline of the move. Price quoted was fair and cost didn’t go over what I was quoted. Overall very happy with Gold Standard and will use their services again!

GBBe very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.
