Undefinable! I have been using Gold standard moving for two years now, both for personal and professional experience. I am always amazed at how they moved us. They were courteous and gave attention to everything. Highly recommended.

Nice Movers! Truly wonderful experience yesterday. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently and quickly, and were super friendly and respectful of our belongings. Over the past decade, I've moved a ton in the bay area with many different movers, and these are hands down the best movers I've worked with. I would highly recommend them!

Gold for Gold Standard The people at Gold Standard made relocating for my family and me painless. Their moving rates were affordable. The workers were very professional, they follow cdc guidelines, made adjustments as needed. Just an around amazing job. Misquoted cost Misquoted cost, size of shipment, delivery date - basically everything. Staff is not capable, they don't respond, and they don't stand behind their work. They will easily (and without remorse) leave you with a pile of boxes and furniture if you don't pay up. They collect their nonrefundable money up front, then they contract out to moving companies who have to suffer from Gold's incompetence. AVOID THEM!!

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. Believe all the negative reviews. I paid a $1300 deposit for movers after my mom died. They never showed up. They agreed to refund me. At first they said 3 weeks this was Sept. Then they said January. And now they are saying when their legal department clears whatever issue they are having. They send me emails saying they will refund me after I call but I've gotten nothing. I've been waiting over 8 months at this point.
