Moving can be painful but gold standard… Moving can be painful but gold standard moving with team made so easy. They were on time ready packed furniture and household goods to another.Best moving experience by far. I highly recommend this great company excellent customer service!!!!

Misquoted cost Misquoted cost, size of shipment, delivery date - basically everything. Staff is not capable, they don't respond, and they don't stand behind their work. They will easily (and without remorse) leave you with a pile of boxes and furniture if you don't pay up. They collect their nonrefundable money up front, then they contract out to moving companies who have to suffer from Gold's incompetence. AVOID THEM!!

Trash company Do not trust any five star in the comment. The company is completely garbage. Almost all my items are damaged. They are only friendly to you before delivery. After they took your items, you wouldn't heard from them. They ignore your message, hang up and call back your phone call. Also, they even gave me a false claims number. Be very wary Be very wary. I set up a move in Aug 2021 and put a deposit down, cancelled 3 days later and still have not received my refund in almost a year (currently July 2022). They were only friendly and professional during the intial process and have been unresponsive to calls and emails to their support.

Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should… Gold Standard Moving and Sorage should be named Con Man Broker. I've read so many heartbreaking stories on social media about this company. That, compounded with my own experience with this shady company compels me to warn others about contracting with this BROKER. They are not a moving and storage company as the name implies. Run! Screaming! In the other direction. DO NOT HIRE THIS BROKER. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
