No response if you have damages It took the movers 21 days exactly for my move. I was given a range of 7-21 days from pick up but that it only takes long when theres big weather delays. There were no weather delays. The movers are just slow. The movers also damaged some of my things and one item is fully missing and no one is calling me back or answering my calls or messages. 2 stars because they did move most of my things

Crossnation relocation refused to… Crossnation relocation refused to refund my money after the movers failed to move my belongings from one state to another. Do not do business with these people, they are a complete scam. It was a horrible experience, do not trust these people.
