GBI have contacted the local company that… I have contacted the local company that Venture Van Line Florida contracted to move my possessions and they have not contacted me back to bring my possessions to Idaho. Still waiting after initial contact March 6, 2024 . They told me to text my information and they would confirm the delivery and I am still waiting. I gave them my delivery address and still have heard nothing. I called this morning 03-08-2024 and no answer so I left my delivery information again. I will continue to call but again. So far I would give this company a zero for honest service.

GBI'd give them zero if that was… I'd give them zero if that was possible. I feel that inflated pricing changes between estimate and total due, are almost to be expected. Final total almost 1k more than estimate, for an additional 7 medium boxes. More than half my things arrived frozen or soaking and damaged. Wood tables were bloated from being completely water logged. My linens and end tables were covered in black mold. Company has yet to return a single phone call, text or email. Do not hire.

GBStill waiting for my confirmed refund This company doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. After reporting them to the BBB (complaint #20971947), Kate swore they were working on resolving the issue and that they take these matters seriously. She lied stating they have been speaking with me on the phone (to which we NEVER talked on the phone) stating they “explained” there was a delay. How do you delay a refund for 5 months? I never received anything from the company other than emails saying my payment was being processed AND the request to remove my negative review. Why would I do that when I still don’t have the money that the company has confirmed they owe me. I won’t say that these positive reviews are fake, but I will say based on my experience the negative ones are 100% correct. If you are considering this company, don’t walk, RUN away before you too are scammed out of your money or possessions.
