USDo not use this mover/carrier! Senior Beware! Do not use this mover/carrier. They misquoted our cost and then doubled the amount for storage! Two items were damaged upon delivery and we sent a list of missing items but they are non-responsive once paid? Not recommended and not a professional company. Seniors - do not use!!!

USDO NOT USE THEM BEWARE! I don't generally write reviews but with the actions of this company I want to make sure other people are not duped. We had a move from California to Colorado and not only was our items 17 days late, they would not even allow us to inspect the load before signing for delivery. My worry was how do I know that all our stuff is in the truck. I was forced to sign and pay the final balance before they opened the door. My fear was soon validated as 15% of our items were missing (including a sofa and massage chair - how do you lose that????) and about 15% of everything else was either scratched or broken. In the coming weeks there was no action by the company and they completely ghosted me. I would HIGHLY plead you to go with someone else, and not give this company a penny of your business.

USBUYER BEWARE buyer beware!! do not use this company. go to the federal transportation board website for invaluable tips on what to look for in a fraudulent company, and this company meets nearly all criteria. deep dive into customer reviews and you will see a pattern, this company uses a 'bait and switch' tactic by luring the customer in with a low rate and then doubling it when they arriving at your house on moving day, and you've already paid a deposit. all funds they ask for are via a payment method that is non-disputable or refundable such as money orders, zelle app, cash. take inventory of all your items, do not rely on their handwritten paperwork. all paperwork including estimates disappear online once you send in your payment. anything you are asked to fill out or sign, screenshot all documents before you submit or close, because you won't be able to access it again easily. they do this so you can't reference it when they price gouge you and deliver your items too late or perhaps not at all. they request a final payment prior to unload which is their legal right but what is not is they also require you to sign you've recieved your goods prior to unload, in order to unload. this is called "holding your items hostage" which is illegal. in my case my items were unloaded but a ton of things were missing and it has been over 30 days with no contact, no resolution. they have 100% of my money and I do bot have all my things, which is a violation of federal law.
