DO NOT USE My entire truck load of furniture was ruined. Movers did not wrap a single piece of furniture or take any care in loading/unloading the truck. Movers use a language app to communicate and are not able to read your boxes or understand you at all. Filed a claim for damages....$97.00 for thousands of dollars worth of furniture. DO NOT USE. Absolutely unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. They take advantage of you being in a state of need and gradually increase your rate until it is double what what quoted. I am completely disgusted with the whole experience. It is also worth noting that this company is a brokerage and you will get some random, unmarked truck showing up to pick up your belongings.

The absolute WORST service I have ever… The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. They will give you a price and then continue to increase it. They will promise 7-21 days and then tell you the 7-21 days doesn’t start until your first available date to receive your things. They had my belongings sitting in a parking lot for 4 weeks before the driver even started driving to me. Then told me it would be an extra $1k to transfer my belongings to another truck. None of the customer service staff will return your calls. I would NEVER recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

One of the most reliable and honest… One of the most reliable and honest moving companies out there. I was terrified after seeing other get scammed but they took their time, explained every single step of the way, and delivered beyond my wildest expectations. The owner even bought me lunch! Customer service is exceptional. Communication is on point. Delivery was 2 days passed what we had originally planned for BUT my moving consultant and the team prepared me for that so it was perfectly fine! I wouldn’t go with any other moving company!!!!!

If I could give this company a zero I would! If I could give this company a zero, I would. They increase the price before, and after delivery, the original date they promised was off by weeks, they place my stuff in a warehouse ( which was never explain during setup) and they had a minor moving my stuff. When I told them of this matter, they brushed it off, as if I was completely lying. It is very disappointing and shows a lack of standards and the respect that they have for their customers and their belongings. Do not trust this company!

Ryan on April 25 Ryan on April 25, 2022 gave me a reasonable moving quote from Jacksonville, FL to Illinois. All advanced payment made and confirmed with a moving date of May 11, 2022. On, May 6, 2022 Nick called to increase the amount to another $437.25 stating he didn't want me to pay more on the day of moving that could increase thousands of dollars more. He used scared unprofessional tactics that lead me to believe I should pay so to not pay thousands of dollars more once the movers arrived. Everything would have been fine if Nick hadn't called to bully me with an increase. Finally, only one man came to unload my property up to Illinois, had more than 10 boxes (marked fragile) bashed in, all my garment boxes flipped upside down and sideways in his truck, and three rubbermaid containters broken. I usually promote good and excellent reviews; but, after pondering the experience I had with USA Moving Solutions I can not. Ryan is the only nice thing to say about USA Moving Solutions.
