GBIf I could rate 0 I would If I could rate 0 I would. You start with the initial pricing. That’s great. A company they sub contract comes out they provide you numbers and who to call and an “emergency line” that never gets answered. All the numbers and initial agents who helped you are no longer able to be reached. All in all I ended up paying OVER $1500 MORE than what I was originally set to pay. At this point you CAN’T back out because you’ve already signed and accepted services. Unprofessional, dishonest and I’m never recommending them.

GBDO NOT USE My entire truck load of furniture was ruined. Movers did not wrap a single piece of furniture or take any care in loading/unloading the truck. Movers use a language app to communicate and are not able to read your boxes or understand you at all. Filed a claim for damages....$97.00 for thousands of dollars worth of furniture. DO NOT USE. Absolutely unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. They take advantage of you being in a state of need and gradually increase your rate until it is double what what quoted. I am completely disgusted with the whole experience. It is also worth noting that this company is a brokerage and you will get some random, unmarked truck showing up to pick up your belongings.

GBThe absolute WORST service I have ever… The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. They will give you a price and then continue to increase it. They will promise 7-21 days and then tell you the 7-21 days doesn’t start until your first available date to receive your things. They had my belongings sitting in a parking lot for 4 weeks before the driver even started driving to me. Then told me it would be an extra $1k to transfer my belongings to another truck. None of the customer service staff will return your calls. I would NEVER recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

GBGiving a one star is too much Giving a one star is too much. Our move was a disaster. Took over a month to go from Arizona to Massachusetts. Boxes marked FRAGILE totally damaged. A chair and table broken, expensive art pieces destroyed, glass broken, a $600.00 Calvin Klein plate broken other items broken. Received a box of items not belonging to us. Missing a dyson vacuum, a Miele vacuum wand, a Kuerig coffee maker and who knows what else. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. They can make all kinds of excuses but I know what they put me through and this truly is a legitable review.

GBIf you like being treated badly and wish half your stuff could be broken, this is the broker for you!!!! Not only was the experience an absolute nightmare. About 50% of my items were delivered damaged. We were missing boxes and were delivered some other people's boxes. The company removes bad reviews by claiming the reviewers accidently reviewed the wrong company. Nope, it's you. Reading all these reviewed where they steal your deposit and they change the price ( we had no change in the amount of items or cubic feet) after your items have already been loaded. They basically hold your items hostage. Reading the responses to the complaints listed here just proves that this company refuses to acknowledge how poor their service is. It's much easier to blame the customer for having a bad experience, isn't it? I hope they get their butts sued off.
