GBTHEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! Used this company for a long-distance move, including 1-month storage. Multiple items never showed up, including expensive adult bicycle. When I contacted customer service and suggested things had been stolen, they said that was not possible, and they had been "lost" or "delivered to wrong customer". How do you lose a bicycle? And, you are professional movers, how do things get delivered to wrong customer? That's why there are inventory lists and stickers on every item, identifying the customer. They are either very incompetent or very dishonest. Thousands of dollars worth of our items just disappeared. And many of the boxes that did arrive had been opened and clearly rummaged through, then carelessly repacked. I was told the storage facility was secure with limited access, but that doesn't seem to be the case. They will also LIE to you and say they only use their own trucks and employees, not contractors. Every crew that showed up to move us told us they were independent contractors. That leaves very little accountability when things go wrong. I know I am not the only one with this experience. Check reviews and BBB complaints. And during the initial pickup, the crew leader got a phone call from the office, they were trying to figure out how items went to the wrong customer on a previous move. This is all in addition to damaged boxes and broken items that actually did show up, even though clearly marked "fragile". I have used movers multiple times in different parts of the country, and this company is the absolute worst. Save yourself lots of frustration and headaches and just use someone else.

GBExcellent Service Real Time Relocation did an excellent job on my family’s move. We were very stressed and had many companies to choose from. We chose them because of their customer service, affordable rates and their persistence. I highly recommend using this company if you’re planning a move. The movers, Jake, John and JD were very polite, courteous and very hard working! Can’t say enough about this company.

GBDishonest Practices The personal I initially communicated with was very personable and offered great customer service. Unfortunately, 3 days before my move, someone from the company called for a quality control check, and told me my items more than doubled (despite me sending them pictures of my house and going over all major items). There is no way this was even possible. They tried to charge me $1300 over my initial quote. They also said my deposit was non-refundable after the first 72 hours. To top it off, the QC rep tried to pressure me into accepting the new quote, emphasizing that i would lose my deposit. I definitely feel I was scammed. Update- I guess this is how the company responds to someone feeling deceived by their practices. I have screenshots of the incoming and outgoing calls, as well as the contract and bank statements showing the deposit that was taken out. Very disappointing to see how they handle things.

GBMy whole experience with Real time… My whole experience with Real time relocation was excellent from the initial call to the move itself and boy with having a 3 month old and 2 stories they were definitely life savers!! Highly recommend!!!!!

GBFull Service at its finest Full Service at its finest. Jake and the guys were on time, respectful, and took really good care of my stuff. I hate moving... like most people... so hiring agood team that would make this not stressful for me and my wife was super important to me. The delivered the next day and everything was in great shape. I could not recommend them more highly. If I could give more stars I would. I promise if you hire these guys you will not be disappointed. Their price may be a little higher than other quotes you are getting, but it's worth it trust me. I've been the cheap buyer in the past and always regretted it. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS and THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Love having movers i trust in my backyard!!!
