Buyer BEWARE! I sure wish I had done more research on this company before I contracted with them. I like so many others in this review thread was scammed. After I paid my deposit the cost was changed to be 3 times the original estimate. I cancelled the contract and like everyone else, have lost my deposit and they will not answer phone calls to discuss. I was sucked in by the few favorable reviews that they have received - makes me wonder if they are "fabricated" reviews - who knows?? As the old saying goes...I would avoid them like the plague.

UNBELIEVABLE RUDE TEXT SENT If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I filled out info online that I would like a free quote. Someone called, gave me information, and a high quote, then suddenly a quote over $2,000 less. I had, repeatedly, told this person that I was just getting an estimate and was not ready to book. After pressuring me to book immediately, I, again, told him, "I can not book right now. I have to talk to my husband. Thank you." After I hung up I received a very rude text telling me I had wasted his time, he bashed another company that I hadn't even mentioned, and said, "Instead of thinking you guys know everything, you should listen." I was going to keep them in mind after hearing other quotes, but I certainly WILL NOT even consider them now.

Worst experience of my life Worst experience of my life. Multiple people hung up on me. No one gave me a straight answer forced me to sign a document without giving me time to read it and then blamed me for not reading it. Said they'd get my stuff to destination within 21 days. Told me ONE day before moving that they take my belongings to a storage place then off load it, inventory it, and then reload IF they get another load going same direction. Would not give me a straight answer on pick up day or delivery day. Came to get belongings and said it would be 4 times the original quote. Original quote was $2,600. I'm reporting them to BBB and they don't deserve to be in business. They are in a word UN-AMERICAN. They belong in a 3rd would country selling donkeys for delivery. Oh, and they wouldn't give me a refund either, I had to call my credit card company to get refunded. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Beware of Hidden Costs and Threats Beware of Hidden Costs and Threats I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with 3 Brothers Moving Company that I feel compelled to share. Despite providing them with a thorough inventory list, they significantly underestimated the cost of my move. As a result, when the third-party movers arrived, I was shocked to discover that I would be charged 60% more than originally quoted. My move went from $5,000 to almost $12,000. What's worse, when I expressed my frustration and reluctance to pay the additional charges, I was told that my furniture would not be delivered unless I paid the new cost. This left me feeling distressed and angry, as I had trusted 3 Brothers Moving Company to provide an accurate estimate and conduct the move professionally. I urge anyone considering hiring 3 Brothers Moving Company to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure to get multiple quotes, thoroughly review the terms and conditions, and don't hesitate to ask questions about potential hidden costs. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone for the rest of my life.

Unprofessional liars I was quoted $1700 and at 7-9 delivery window. But once I was connected to the actually delivery company I saw that they charged an extra $600 to keep that delivery window otherwise it would take a month to get my items. I called 3 brothers as well as the delivery company and I was assured that I would not have to wait a month and the cost would not increase. Once the driver arrived I had additional miscellaneous items, like a couple of hampers and small ikea wooden boxes, I was told that it would be an extra $1000. Additionally, they said that they work off of a 21 day window and I would have to pay $1,200 extra to get my items in the 7-9 day window. So I was looking at paying an additional $2,200. I decided to cancel my delivery because they seemed so sketchy and hopefully I get my $700 deposit back. They lied about the service time as well as the cost of service even though I talked to them multiple times the day before to make sure that the delivery window would be honored at no extra cost
