GBThis is a BROKER and not a moving… This is a BROKER and not a moving company. They take a ton of money to call a moving company to set up your move and do not tell you. They charged me over $6000 more than they initially quoted me. When I initially booked, the rep indicated to me they are part of Bekins which is NOT true. I have subsequently learned that there is a legitimate moving company called Trident Moving Services out of NC which even reference this company and that they are not affiliated with them. (See attached photo) Even the movers that they hired to move me couldn’t believe how much they charged me. They took a fee of $5700 to just call a company to set up my move. On top of that, one of their employees, Justin, was extremely rude to me and laughed at me when I asked questions and said I was being difficult. Overall it was a horrible experience and anyone who uses this company will regret it.

GBJust Awful I have been in business a long time and rarely have a seen such a display of deceptive business practices and abysmal customer service as I witnessed in my recent move from Colorado to California. From using a name closely akin to a real moving company out of NC with positive reviews to quoting one price to get you to sign the binding contract and then demanding more money a week before the move because they underquoted you at the time of binding, this BROKER services company (ie, NOT A MOVING COMPANY) uses every sleezy sales pitch in the book to get your signature (think used car salesmen techniques and you get pretty close to reality with these folks). Their contract you sign is so unethical that I feel that any good attorney would have a field day with it (I mean it literally says you cannot leave them a bad review --- that should be a big red flag right there). And let me give a shout out to Justin for providing the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered (Condescending sarcasm and calling a customer stupid are a foolish and ignorant way of handling disgruntled customers --- just tackless). That is just the binding part. Next I would like to review the actual move. As a broker service, Trident Moving Services does not move your products but rather hires out third-party movers (and from my experience, I would say bottom of the barrel types). We add alot of precious art and valuables, so we were very nervous about outsourcing our move, but the used salesman pitch (see above) sold my wife into signing their agreement. Both sides of the move came with unprofessional movers. The pickup team put a hole in the wall and wrapped things so poorly that we had complete loss damages on several items. The drop off team was one man...yes, we paid for a team and instead got one person, which means we got to basically move ourselves in instead of directing traffic. He felt the need to smoke the entire time and it took weeks to get that smell out of the new house and carpets. And because Trident Moving Services were (are) so bad with customer service, neither my wife nor I could bring ourselves to report the damages because frankly we did not have the energy to deal with them again. I am begging you before you sign the binding contract and risk your deposit seriously consider whether these folks are people you truly want to do business with. I, for one, will never fall for their sales pitch again. RUN!!!!

GBOn the day of the move On the day of the move, 3 men showed up at the appointed time with a smile and a lorry (a bit bigger than the one seen on their website). They did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
