A great job We recently moved from San Diego to Nevada and hired Move Central for the job. Arnold promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. Juan, Marcos and Lazaro were extremely speedy, yet very careful while placing and reassembling the big furniture pieces along with all the other boxes and fragile items. They did a great job! Thank you so much!

Just want the community to be aware I’m typically very fair and very lenient when it comes to giving bad reviews because I understand how damaging they can be. However, this 1 star is justified as it took these guys 12.5 hours at $175 per hour (over priced, going rate is $125 for 3 guys) for less furniture than it took the last guys 5 hours to do. 5 beds, 3 dressers, 4 night stands, coffee table, 4 end tables, mini fridge and 22 boxes. Took them 12.5 hours, $2,300 and on top of it their truck broke down. I had spent an hour going to get the parts and fixing the truck to get them mobile again. 12.5 hrs at a premium (and had damages) for less furniture than the other movers did in 5 hrs.

David,Mark and Ryan were great David, Mark and Ryan were great! They came recommended by a friend and they delivered. Very quick responding to my estimate request, rapid and friendly phone call confirmation of final details, arrived 10 minutes early, had my fairly small apartment out in under an hour, and accommodated all the issues. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. So nice, so fast, so efficient. Instantly calmed me - took less than an hour to move out of my house. Truly amazing.

Awful Awful, our quote got raised $1500 and got charged an extra 4 hours due to the movers taking their time and not being able to load the truck efficiently. Nonetheless I had to pay out of pocket for THEIR expenses, food, waters, etc. i don’t care about that but at least give the customers a heads up. Oh and they said that they would wrap all the TVs and monitors but surprise, once they were here it was an extra charge.

Mover Mafia! DONT BOOK THEM! My experience with this company was truly one of the worst I've ever had. It deeply saddened me to encounter such a negative representation of humanity. I had made a reservation with them for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath move, hiring 3 movers, scheduled for July 1st. The initial quote was for 4 hours at a rate of $230 per hour. During the booking process, the representative mentioned that the move would likely take around 5 hours, so we made our plans accordingly. I paid a deposit of $250 before the scheduled move. The day before the move, the company called me to say they needed to reschedule the move to July 3rd due to a truck fire. I explained that this new date wouldn't work for me as my husband would be at work. So, I inquired about the return of my deposit. Immediately, the representative assured me that nothing would change, they would be here in the morning. Which was weird, your truck was on fire? This conversation raised some concerns and seemed like a red flag. On the day of the move, the movers arrived at 8:32 am per the text. However, didn't start working until 9:10 am. I walked to the truck and seen them smoking and playing music on my dime, which I later confirmed through the security cameras in my complex. I had to leave for an hour, and upon my return, my husband informed me that one of the movers had stopped working to play soccer with our son. These incidents left me feeling uneasy, and I decided to check inside the truck. Shockingly, I found one of the movers relaxing on his phone in my gaming chair. At that point, I had had enough and called the supervisor since we were already three hours into the move, and our front home hadn't been cleared at all. Following the call to the supervisor, one of the movers quit. To get things moving and complete the move, my husband, son and I joined in to assist. However, the office didn't contact me to discuss any updates or changes in the rates. This lack of communication further fueled my frustration. Exhausted and regretting my decision to hire this company. My husband and I managed to move everything to the front room by 1:30 pm and began dismantling our belongings. By 2:30 pm, we only had the refrigerator and stackable washer & dryer left to move. We didn’t leave to the second stop until 4:30 pm (2 hours to move 2 things) with my husband’s assistance. They finally gave me the adjusted rate of $160 per hour after calling multiple times. My bill had reached $990, in addition to the $250 deposit. They arrived at the new location, which was just 15 minutes away, at 6:00 pm (1 hour and a half lunch, which they charged me for). We paid the remaining balance of $990, but to our dismay, they handed me another invoice demanding an additional $1,788 for a mere 3 hours of work. They threatened to drive off with my belongings if I didn't pay on the spot. Feeling cornered and desperate to protect my possessions, I quickly ran up to the truck and sat on my things. Immediately, the dispatch instructed the driver to leave, even after I reluctantly paid the exorbitant total of $3,028 they driver found this funny. Since they saw I wasn’t going anywhere and the billed was paid. They had to take my things off the truck. This entire ordeal left me in tears, unable to comprehend how people could act so heartlessly and unethically. While they did unload our belongings from the truck, they carelessly left them in the parking lot, including the refrigerator. To add insult to injury, they damaged our furniture, including our dining room table and three dressers. Even my relatively new couch had to be cleaned due to their negligence. To make matters worse, I discovered an additional charge of $200 from them after the fact. These actions felt nothing short of deceitful. Thankfully, our family and friends came to our aid, preventing us from leaving our belongings outside. These individuals and the company they represent are truly vile, and I firmly believe that karma will catch up to them. I urge you to stay away from this nightmarish company. Their behavior resembled that of the mafia, and you definitely don't want such individuals in your home. Consider this a lesson learned. Wishing you all the best and may you be blessed!
