GBAmerican Elite Moving is not a moving… American Elite Moving is not a moving company, they are just a broker between you and carrier! Move from CA to NY. So I compared between different companies and I chosen AEM to be my moving company. What I needed was shipping + storage in NYC, I specifically asked for storage in NYC because once I was gonna be back from my travels, I would need my stuff fast. Little that i knew, when I called AEM, they told me that I should not be talking with them but with a carrier, which stored my stuff in California and now I'm stuck with a place that will not have furniture till after upto 21 business days. No responsibility taken by AEM, and carrier simply said that he does not have storage facilities all over the country.

GBTook my $1200 and ran Took my $1200 and ran. They blew off the Quality Check call, the assigned trucking company had no record of my move, they never called back and it appears I’ve lost my money. The sales guy (Peter Friedman) was super responsive—told me he is on 24/7… right until my deposit cleared. Then silence. No words to describe how humiliating this was.(and to AEM customer service—please don’t patronize me by telling me to call your service line to resolve, I’ve called a hundred times with no response. You can call me. )

GBThis company is beyond unprofessional. This company is beyond unprofessional. I spoke with a Joseph Goldmann who was very rude and rushed me off the phone when I explained I was not ready to make a payment (I just began searching for a moving company). I still called back to get the quote I was promised and received a call back from Tony Gaudioso who sounded extremely drunk and what sounded like at a bar in the background (I couldn't believe how intoxicated this man was sounding) and was screaming at me to "stop wasting his time after hours and told me to f*** off dips**t". I do not typically review businesses often but felt compelled to leave a review on this company warning people how awful my experience went (I am still utterly in disbelief). If this is how this company speaks to prospective customers I can't imagine how horrible they treat customers items. I will take my business elsewhere.

GBWorst moving expenses we ever had Worst moving expenses we ever had. People will not answer or hang up on you if you having problems and you will. Charge you double and don't work with you.

GBI went back to cancel my move and was… I went back to cancel my move and was told that I forfeit 855.00 because I canceled in five days rather than 3 stipulated in the contract. It was never told to me that that was even a possibility. My job fell through and I was not moving. They could have kept a portion of it for the actual time a was on the phone with them. They did not mention it once but it was in their lengthy contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
