Don’t use Don’t use. After having initial frequent communication to sell me on using this company, once signed, Communication became abysmal. They broker out the job to another Company Called RoadRunner which is even worse.Horrible horrible horrible experience with roadrunner. Yet I signed with American elite so when I called them to discuss my concerns there is no accountability. I ended up being charged over $2000 more than the estimate. Items were delayed, items were broken. Items never showed up.

I went back to cancel my move and was… I went back to cancel my move and was told that I forfeit 855.00 because I canceled in five days rather than 3 stipulated in the contract. It was never told to me that that was even a possibility. My job fell through and I was not moving. They could have kept a portion of it for the actual time a was on the phone with them. They did not mention it once but it was in their lengthy contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Good Lord I cannot express how much… Good Lord I cannot express how much American Elite and Moving saved my butt! I literally had to pack up an entire three bedroom house and move it less then a day and a half! Hugeee thank you to the crew! You guys really went to war for me! Truly appreciate the help!
