They will sound nice and polite on the phone at first and then take your money and then tell you it will cost 3x the amount after they load your belongings and get your signature on paper. You are literally extorted and forced into paying them more money since they have your stuff. EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN when stuff arrived 2 MONTHS LATER and they offered fifty dollars. Thats right $50.00 dollars for your entire collection of belongings completely destroyed and stolen beyond repair. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN

I literally had to pack up an entire three bedroom house and move it less then a day and a half! Hugeee thank you to the crew! You guys really went to war for me! Truly appreciate the help!

Don’t use Don’t use. After having initial frequent communication to sell me on using this company, once signed, Communication became abysmal. They broker out the job to another Company Called RoadRunner which is even worse.Horrible horrible horrible experience with roadrunner. Yet I signed with American elite so when I called them to discuss my concerns there is no accountability. I ended up being charged over $2000 more than the estimate. Items were delayed, items were broken. Items never showed up.
