American Elite Moving is not a moving… American Elite Moving is not a moving company, they are just a broker between you and carrier! Move from CA to NY. So I compared between different companies and I chosen AEM to be my moving company. What I needed was shipping + storage in NYC, I specifically asked for storage in NYC because once I was gonna be back from my travels, I would need my stuff fast. Little that i knew, when I called AEM, they told me that I should not be talking with them but with a carrier, which stored my stuff in California and now I'm stuck with a place that will not have furniture till after upto 21 business days. No responsibility taken by AEM, and carrier simply said that he does not have storage facilities all over the country.
