GB**** SCAM COMPANY!!! My experience with OnlyVans was an absolute nightmare. This company is a disgrace to the moving industry, and I canāt emphasize enough how infuriating and appalling my encounter was. From the moment they stepped into our home, they seemed determined to squeeze every penny out of us. Additional charges were piled on so rapidly that I couldnāt keep track of the absurdity. Itās as if their entire business model revolves around deception and financial exploitation. But it didnāt stop there. Not only did they fail to move all our belongings, but they had the audacity to demand extra payments for our basic furniture, like sofas and beds. It felt like a sinister shakedown, and Iām astonished at their audacity. And letās not forget the endless, baffling paperwork they thrust upon us. It was like they were intentionally trying to confuse and overwhelm us, with forms that seemed designed to keep us in the dark about the true nature of our agreement. Itās clear that they thrive on misleading their customers. The icing on the cake was their empty promise of a four-day delivery. Today, the supposed delivery day, was a stark reminder of their deception. Instead of our belongings, they had the gall to inform us that our items were unceremoniously dumped into storage, with a delivery window ranging from 0 to 14 days. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond infuriating. OnlyVans is not just a moving company; itās a disgraceful scam operation preying on innocent people. My experience has left me seething with anger, and I implore anyone considering their services to steer clear. This company deserves nothing but contempt.

GBThey lie and use sneaky tactics to⦠They lie and use sneaky tactics to price gouge you at the last minute. Thankfully we keep all correspondence in writing for this reason and have written records of their lies and scare tactics. We will be taking legal action to get our money back.

GBBS company BS company. Final price was double of what I was quoted. Driver picked up stuff at storage unit and refused to take some of my things and called it trash. Second pickup was at my house. Was told everything was going to be able to fit but it didnāt. Ended up having to rent a uhaul trailer and take the additional items. Was told by the driver they could drive from MI to FL in 3 days. Told them if I had it in 5 days that would be awesome. Still waiting for my things to be delivered 30 days later with no contact with the driver since they picked up my things. Called Only Vans and they seem nonchalant about whatās going on. Seem to not really care. They left spaces on the document blank intentionally so thereās nothing to hold them accountable for. Very unprofessional company. I would tell anyone to stay clear of Only Vans. I would never hire any moving company again. My best suggestion would to be rent a uhaul and just hire people to load and unload. Drive the damn truck yourself. Read a bunch of reviews on other moving companies and seems to be a common thing in this business. Bunch of scam artists.

GBIt does not allow me to leave 0 Stars⦠It does not allow me to leave 0 Stars or that would be the rating. The initial interaction with Only vans was positive and professional, but the day before the move, we were advised they had "sold" our contract to another mover. This also resulted in them demanding thousands more dollars to be paid in addition to the "firm quote" payments already agreed to. The actual movers were fine, but the "three to five days" or moving our stuff from Indiana to Naples, FL, turned into four weeks of hell, with no communication and no one seeming to have any idea where our stuff was and when we would get it. So we lived in a new house for a month with no personal property, no idea when we would get it, and what kind of condition it would be in. When it did finally arrive, the two drivers brought everything into the house, dumped everything in the living room and left and did not place items in the rooms where they belonged. I would encourage anyone planning a move to go to your local "mom and pop" moving company office that is associated with a national chain like Mayflower, United Van Lines, etc. where you know who you are dealing with and what you are going to get. Even though the Only Vans people were professional at beginning, and they had some good ratings on the Internet, once they "sold" our contract, we then had "the move from Hell." BEWARE!

GBScam movers This company did nothing but try to scam us. They claimed they were the actual brewing company but in reality they are just brokers. They quoted us $2000 and in reality it ended up costing us $4000. The mover showed up in an old rider truck with graffiti all over it. We were getting on the road the next day, and we had no choice. We had to pay it to get our stuff moved across the country. I donāt even know if my stuff is going to show up weāre just hoping and praying it shows up. We are worried theyāre gonna try to scam us on the other end to get more money. Now theyāre not returning any of my calls. Iāve called three times today and no callbacks. When the driver showed up, we tried to get a hold of the moving company and they would not answer our calls then either.
