GBDo NOT trust this company Never use this company to move your 83-year old mother. They will subcontract to a company that you will have no control or way to handle any issues that will come up. In my case, they subbed to a company with HUNDREDS of Better Business Bureau complaints for damaged goods and horrible treatment. The dispatcher, Alex became so angry when I simply asked clarifying questions that he began yelling obscenities at me and hung up on me without answering questions! When I followed up with Navistar customer service, they simply did not care nor was of ANY help whatsoever! Navistar sells a good story up front and Nicholas Demarco will sound believable to make the sale, but they will not live up to all of his promises. DO NOT TRUST this company with your move.

GBRun away I was simply getting a quote from this Co I asked for the name of the company looked them up, so all the negative reviews and told him no thanks he then proceeds to send me this email: “You must think I'm dumb, I know once you asked my company name you started looking us up. You think because we have bad reviews were not a reputable company? I'll tell you one thing honey, if you go with a company that looks great on the internet you’re going to be in for a real treat on the day of pick up.” I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. If he’s that way before I sign a contract, I can only imagine how he be after- scam artist!!!

GBEmployee called me weirdo and crumb I have been speaking with one of your representatives and inquiring about you guys helping with our move. I have spoken with him already and today he sent me a text at a busy time. You can just read what was said. I was trying to read his text he sent this morning while unlocking my apartment and dealing with two kids and I accidentally sent hit a “haha” react because I have a iPhone. These accidents happen a lot but this is what your associate sent me immediately instead of approaching the matter in a better way. I’m sorry your associate was rude and immature and I would not like to do business with you all.

GBNAVISTAR IS A SCAM This company deserves a zero star rating. They have been everything but helpful. They lied about delivery service, don’t answer the phone, and are rude when they do. The delivery guy doesn’t even know details about where your stuff is going or how long it will take to get there. The Navistar Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I’ve read about several unhappy customers as well who didn’t even get there stuff. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company Lied to me and after assuring me they Be available if issues arise, they went radio silent Promised me they would not sub job out but did Promised delivery and we left florida only to find out it could be 30 days vs 5 to get my 94 yr old mothers possessions I paid additional $$ to subcontracted co to get delivery 5 days after contracted date I will say that R&M trucking was extremely good with customer service and the guys who did move and saved the day
