Nothing but fraudulent scam artists that take your money, lie repeatedly and make you promises they never follow through on starting with ghosting clients for days on end and giving you the run having their client chase answers as to why no truck ever shows up or person ever calls you back. Lost money, lost time, almost lost my mind over a cross country move that never took place. Reviews on yelp and a lawsuit I found today after I told them I was done and thought to just google lawsuits on Navistar Van Lines that say they are in it for millions against them for fraudulence! BEWARE!!

GBHello everyone Hello everyone We just moved from Texas to Florida First it all started nicely with giving us the quote and then when the people came to pickup they quote us the different price intact from 4800 to 8750 which I paid because I dint had any choice but then when we got the delivery they tried to squeeze more money and plus we have to undo so many things which was already paid for and last but not least our TV screen is Brocken and we tried to get an insurance money they said we will pay only 40 dollars So the punch line is lousiest service with lot of middle man’s and worst service experience Please if anybody is moving please take my advice and use anybody but them Our booking reference was 2478008

GBNAVISTAR IS A SCAM This company deserves a zero star rating. They have been everything but helpful. They lied about delivery service, don’t answer the phone, and are rude when they do. The delivery guy doesn’t even know details about where your stuff is going or how long it will take to get there. The Navistar Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I’ve read about several unhappy customers as well who didn’t even get there stuff. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

GBDo not use this company: Scam artists Do not use this company. I paid a deposit of $425 via Zelle and later decided to cancel my contract 24 hours later, within the allotted 72hours, to receive a refund. This happened in October 2022.. they promised to mail a refund check within 30 business days. It’s February of 2022 and despite calling/emailing multiple times I have not yet received the deposit. Better yet a moving company called me around the moving date I initially scheduled and he sounded confused when I said I cancelled the contract 2 months prior. Disgusting business.. they rob people! I don’t know how they are still allowed to do business!

GBThey are crooks thieves, RUN or be RUINED They are crooks, thieves , the worst company and the worst experience i ever had. Customer service is very rude they din’t care anything, they destroy my furniture and lost other parts, then asking for lots of more money than the estimates .stay away from this “company” , i hope this “company” disappear for good, i don’t know how this mfs sleeps at night
