Although my pickup information wasn’t provided until crunch time, the crew that arrived Sprinter Van Lines did a fantastic job. AMF was helpful throughout each step of the way just like advertised. Fabulous move! They arrived on time and were very efficient. They did a great job of Tetris'ing everything in to fit efficiently. They wrapped everything loose, safely moved my pictures in a separate box from the rest of the bulky items, and moved everything into my storage unit (which was much smaller than my house). I will be re-hiring them when my new place is ready.

AVOID!! Stolen deposit $$$ with no customer service to speak of AVOID!!! Horrible experience, feel like my deposit has been stolen as I have been told for the past 2.5 months that I would be refunded my deposit as I cancelled within the cancellation window, however each time I call I am told "Do not worry, you are in line for a refund but we just haven't got to you yet."

Literally a scam Literally a scam. They start with a low estimate, then demand a deposit BY USING YOUR Account number and routing number! This is something you cannot cancel. You can't stop payment. Once you've paid deposit, they try to charge you double for the move. Rudest people on the phone. Don't give them the opportunity to rob you.
