Smooth, Easy I ended up on the phone with modest moving after 3 days of rejecting other companies overpriced offers. Once I got to a representative and I liked what I heard, I put a deposit down. They didn’t require a wire or money order upfront like other companies so I was comfortable. The follow up was excellent and my pickup went as planned, except me forgetting a couple items on the list. I look forward to using you guys again!

They allowed a person I didn’t know to… They allowed a person I didn’t know to add his name to the contract all. I gave cash for my lady friend to pay the deposit and when they requested a card she got her friend to pay. Modest move placed his name on the contract as the owner of the contract without my approval. Then when he and them got into dispute they held onto my properties and added his contract costs to mine. Then lied saying this person gave my name for them to add it. They sent me a bill and when I asked fora breakdown of the charges, they refused to give it. I can only say I have never in all my years seen such a dishonest company. Please don’t use them

Would give this a 0 star if I could Would give this a 0 star if I could. Quoted $3,000 less then we were charged upon mover arrival. Horrible communication and received items many days after the decided date. Also, had 3 missing items which we were unable to get reimbursed for and the insurance we were offered covered $12.

Don’t not use!! Don’t not use!!! They are third party and have no control over what happens to your stuff. The company they used didn’t show up and then called us two hours after the time they were supposed to be there to tell us they would be a day late and then the next day showed up two hours late. Now we can’t even find out where our stuff is and there customer service agent just wants to argue with you about detail that don’t matter, nor do they even know what they are talking about.

Don't ignore all the negative reviews Don't ignore all the negative reviews. You will be pressured to put down a deposit immediately, and then they will outsource your move to shady companies that will upcharge you once they have possession of all your things. Hope to see these fraudsters get their comeuppance soon.
