They're a BROKER Not a moving company, but instead a BROKER. Then they provide inaccurate "binding" estimates to make your move appear much cheaper than it will be.

Terrible experience would never use… Terrible experience would never use this company again. They showed up 3 days late then wanted to charge an extra $2500 to a $2076 quote when the cubic feet amount of the shipment was nowhere near more than double the estimate. They then refused to take what we wanted and left keeping my deposit. Terrible customer service as well !!! It was a bait and switch as the subcontractor they hired were terrible to deal with and just wanted more money when they showed up.

Never to use this company "bait and… Never to use this company "bait and switch" by the time the real third party mover show up on the last possible day and time for us to move the price of the original quote double, we were stock we move forward with it, then at the end quadruple the price when the truck was full. Stay away from them....

Another reviewer said the rep low balls your inventory and keeps you on the phone to commit to all the paper work and then says they will be your contact through the whole process(ordeal) and the go rouge on you, I committed to this company because I was told availability was right, my house failed inspection and so we pulled our house of the market and we are staying till we figure out what we will do and they will not refund me anything, took my money !!!! do yourself a favor and don’t believe the good reviews they are CROOKS. !!!!

Obvious Scammers Scammers, used bot reviews, all they do is steal money from people. This is a obvious scam and I’m surprised that people actually try to move with these scammers. Ngl tho their phone service employees kinda nice tho they do a good job of scamming I guess 💀💀 too bad we taking em to court 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
