Fraudulent business practices This company and the brokers they use are fraudulent scam artists. Read the bad reviews, it’s all exactly what we are dealing with. After further research we found they have complaints with the BBB and claims with the federal government, it’s a matter of time before they are completely shut down. Check the FMCSA, it’s all a giant mess. Not sure we will ever see our stuff again and we’re already out nearly 3k, complete scam of a business.

After contacting American rip-off now they said they cannot guarantee less you pay for full truck. They should fire Maria she lied through her teeth knowing this was a hard requirement.

Horrible… avoid like the bubonic… Horrible… avoid like the bubonic plague! Terrible customer service. Belongings broken or lost… SERIOUSLY…. How does this even happen. Price doubled and then some… 3 weeks later, when the truck FINALLY ARRIVES … my daughters clothes… GONE…furniture broken…. once again… how does this even happen !!! Find another company… whatever you do, don’t use this company

Worst movers Do not use them. Very unprofessional, not only did they not show up, but also did not call to say they weren't coming. If someone writes a bad review they just say its fake. BIG SCAM, avoid at all cost. They will keep your deposit after not doing what they said. In the process of putting a class action law suit in place. Bad Company Please if you never take advice again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Picked up my 91 year old Dads belongings in Texas moving to Tennessee on October 5th with the promise his belongings would be there by Friday of the same week! Dad still doesn't have it and they don't know when he will!!
