GBFake Promises to get you locked I was shopping for moving services and I spoke with the salesperson Theodore on Jan 30th who offered me ~$2300 after the same day booking discount. He said I can cancel this booking(I paid 50% advance) anytime since my tentative move is on May and he will also do a price match if I find someone else who quotes cheaper than this. I trusted him and put my credit card on file and I signed the documents which had a 48 hour refund policy which I didn't notice. I tried to cancel this move on April and I was told that Sales agent left the company and they cannot refund the money I paid. Whatever promises they made over phone is not honored. This is such a malpractice to give Customers wrong promises over phone and take the money.

GBWorst company I have had for moving Worst company I have had for moving. They give my contract to third party company and refuse to take responsibility. They hide hidden cost , like on day of moving they told us certain items will have extra charged like recliner etc.It has been close to month I still dont have a date of delivery. And I am worried that my stuff will be demaged when it will arrive.

MXTHE WORST THE WORST. Total scam. Lies, upsales, poor communication, blocked messages. Once you send the deposit you’ll never be able to contact yiur ‘consultant’ again. Then the bus the job out to someone who demands more $$, and doesn’t honor the original contract I just hope we get our stuff…

GBRelocation Nation went the extra mile… Relocation Nation really delivered for us. It was a complex multi-state move that required significant problem solving to find the right schedule and solution (2 trucks!). Bradley worked tirelessly to find and then fine-tune the solution to protect several brand new and expensive pieces of furniture. During the move Bradley sent countless messages about what was going to happen next. He also made sure the moving team and the drivers were well coordinated. The moving teams on either end of the move were extraordinarily courteous, and very careful to avoid damaging the items moved and house structures, alike. In the end, one item received damage during the move, as sometimes happens. Relocation Nation followed through to help me properly service the claim. I would definitely hire them again for moves in the future.

GBIf you see a good review on here about… If you see a good review on here about relocation nation I'm certain it's written by one of their friends. They are the biggest scammers I've ever dealt with. Please don't hire them they will steal your hard earned money. They quoted me a price $2,990.00. Then a week before they doubled it. They wait until you sell your house or tell your landlord your moving so you are in a bind. Switch and bait. I'm shocked they don't have criminal charges brought up. Who knows maybe they have.
